Ticktock is a Badnik featured in the Knuckles Knock-Out Special. The robot hails from the Amazing Arena Zone of Knuckles Chaotix and uses a spiked pendulum to attack. It has eyes in the centre of its face and one of its "bells" has broken off, revealing a loose spring. Although this Badnik doesn't feature in any comic strip, it is described in the Badnik Alert! feature. The special gives it a Danger Rating of "3" (out of 5).

- With TickTock's help, the Prinny travels back in time to previous 'save points' where he could try to unravel the mystery behind Laharl's 'assassination' as well as some of the other weird things that happen at the Overlord's castle during the events of the game. It is implied that the Prinny kept TickTock after the events of the game.
- Ticktock is a levitating Badnik modeled after a clock, and drifts back and forth in a small area, swinging its spiked pendulum. It makes no active attempt to attack the Chaotix Crew, and is dangerous only if the player bumps into it.
