Roger Delevan (2 May 2330 - 30 October 2397) was a Coburan politician and trade unionist. He served as Head of State between October 2365 and March 2369, during the first half of his National Confederation of Labour party's anarchist revolution. Delevan also served in various NCL cabinets after his time as Cobura's leader, eventually having a longer tenure in the Department of Transport than he did as Revolutionary President. He sat in the Representative Assembly as an NCL MRA for Rio Pierside from 2363 to 2376, when he resigned from the party due to its endorsement of its terrorist campaign. Prior to his political career, Delevan was General Secretary of the NCL trade union. His most famous act as NCL General Secretary was his leading role in Cobura's General Strike of 2363.
