- RavenClan was rejoicing! A new kit was born! Not just any kit, but the leader's kit. Thrushstar, the second leader of the clan, but the first to have a kit. His mate, Dawnstem is having a litter of kits, and he had just heard about it. He was rushing to the medicine cat den, all the other cats of the clan were cheering. He had just gotten to the medicine den when Dawnstem was meowing of pain but happiness. "Good, thats it, great job." said the medicine cat, Amberstream, softly. Dawnstep was breathing heavily. She looked at her kits, her two kits. That is when Thrushstar came in, one of the kits had a beautiful tannish-whitish pelt with one big spot in the middle of her back. "I'll name you Patchkit." mewed Dawnstem then licked her new kit. The other kit looked like her sister but her pelt was more tan than white, but she didn't have a spot on her back, she had a spot on her ear. Also her fur was fluffy, poofy, and well she looked like a mini puffball. "I'll name you Flu-" Dawnstem looked a few feet behind Patchkit, and there was that kit, the one with fluffy fur. "Wow, you sure are a fast one," giggled Dawnstem "I guess I'll call you Swiftkit. Because you are fast and usually when a cat runs fast, their pelt becomes poofy, it seems like a win win situation!" Dawnstem and Thrushstar giggled and licked their two kits.
