Ruth Kettlewell (13th April 1913 - 17th July 2007) appeared in the untransmitted Coronation Street spin-off Rest Assured in 1972. Born Ruth Anne Berry, she began in amateur dramatics in the late 1940s after the death of her husband in the Second World War.
