In 2458 he moved to Aures and started his own practice with specialty in corporate law. In 2464, he once again became a DA. In 2466 he prosecuted Seaweed Inc. for dumping waste. The trial went on for six years, almost ending with a settlement, however, Philippe refused to settle, and won the case. The trial created much media attention and Philippe ran for office in 2473 under the OGP platform and was awarded a seat by his constituency in Alvium.
