He continued to follow his employer's plans even after the loss of Cobra's business, since Cribbins was personally employed by him, not the company. Cribbins was sent to 'rough up' CCI baliffs sent to retrieve the Crimson Cobra's belongings and the men were visibly intimidated by the brute. However, an opportune phone call from Charmy with an offer to up his wages convinced him to drop his attack and went to work for "Mr Bee".

Since he was the Cobra's personal servant when Charmy Bee bought out Crimson Cobra Inc., Cribbins stayed with the Cobra and nearly stopped the walkout of staff with his equipment. Fortunately he was offered a double salary if he worked for Charmy instead, effectively finishing the Cobra completely. When the Cobra asked him, "You wouldn't work for that ridiculous bee would you?" Cribbins already knew his reply: "Absolutely, Mr. Cobra!"
