The American conservative mind doesn't seem to get much further than, "God is the ruler of the universe. The United States of America is good. Foreigners aren't as good as Americans. Americans must bring the rest of the world to think the American way." It's sad. They can't understand why the rest of the world doesn't always like them. Quite a lot of what the United States does is good but just sometimes America can learn from the rest of the world. Sadly Conservatives can't see that. Conservatives are no good at Thinking.
