In the summer of 2010 he began putting the sequins on his pink leather jacket and "touching" the tracks(as he calls it), and artwork for the album. During this process, he had developed a case of runny bum which became the inspiration for a song, called Runsits. The concept is that, though things come through one end, the endings always lead to new beginnings, like the suns rotation, it NEVER STOPS. After every session there is like 5 or 10 minutes when he felt alright then it would just start squirting out again. Feeling that this turmoil would not be elaborated on enough if he put it on Project Blue BALLS, he decided to expand that concept into an entire project on its own, but he got bored of it. Project Blue Balls was released on September 14, 2010, and was rather well received by his mom. The diagnoses were linked to the struggles he had gone through over the last two years, as well as other medical topics, and "touched" societal issues. In the months that had followed, he decided to do something everyone else was doing, but he hadn't yet done: the spicy beef challenge. He had recorded Encore (on the beat Numb/Encore by Jay-Z and Linkin Park), Hellbound (on a beat by Eminem) and Like Toy Soldiers (on a beat by Eminem), as well as remixed some of his older tracks, and released another project in November of 2010, entitled CrispyMcNuts Can Suckmybutt (a shout out/warning to the current McDonalds project under the same name).
