Simp Wafahi was an associate of the pirate Whit Solomon. In the years following Solomon's disappearance and alleged death, Wafahi was one of many crew members interrogated by the Galactic Republic in an effort to locate Solomon's grave and stolen treasures. He staunchly resisted these interrogations. Yet in the months before his death, still held in a Republic prison, he wrote his memoirs, describing his experiences as a member of Solomon's crew, including a detailed description of a planet he called Lytegia. This he did under Solomon's orders and under Rethe Frettan's watchful eye, so that Solomon's clones would have enough information to find their way to the infamous pirate's secret base.
