In 3643 BBY, Angral attacked the planet Tython, the homeworld of the Jedi Order, in order to use the Desolator superweapon against the world. However, a young Jedi Knight and the Padawan Kira Carsen infiltrated the Oppressor while the Desolator was charging, and Souske was killed while trying to stop the two Jedi from reaching the bridge.
