Narillasanz is a level 44 elite rare mob red drake found primarily in the Alterac Mountains, but can sometimes be found along the river in the Hillsbrad Foothills at the Northeast end of the zone. Narillasanz is immune to fire, fear and stun, has over 12,000 hp and hits for 300-400 with a regular attack. This is not a mob which can be taken down solo easily by any player of comparable level, and indeed can give trouble to characters 10 or even 15 levels above if unprepared. Strategies for classes who don't have pets (or who aren't able to keep up healing on said pets) including kiting Narillasanz to Tarren Mill (for Horde). For such a tough mob Narillasanz's drops are nothing special; expect 6-10 silver and a random Uncommon item.
