Koboli is a character from The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. He is a Rito born on Windfall Island. When Link meets him, he works as a mail sorter at the Mail Center on Dragon Roost Island. He is the third generation in a family of postmen. It is said that an ancestor of his in an age gone by was also a postman. This is thought to be a reference to the Postman from various games in the Legend of Zelda series. Strangely enough, Koboli bears a resemblance to the Running Man from Ocarina of Time, and the Postman from Majora's Mask.

When Link first meets Koboli, he is looking for an intern to help him with mail sorting, and offers Link one Rupee for each letter that he sorts. When Link sorts 25 letters within the 30-second time limit, Koboli gives him Link two Rupees for each letter he sorts. About a day later, a man named Baito is hired by Koboli to help him sort mail. Strangely enough, Koboli bears a resemblance to the Running Man from Ocarina of Time, and the Postman from Majora's Mask.
