This article will review the existing data on various aspect of Prostate Cancer. It has been well established that Prostate Cancer is the most common cancer in males. But because of its indolent course in many, most males die with prostate cancer and not because of prostate cancer. There has been a great debate in recent years about screening methodology, specifically as it relates to Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA). At first the focus will be on epidemiology, genetics and treatment options.
