Operators (Bureaucrats) do basically the same thing, but they have the power to do make anyone a manager and also give the ordinary people the power of the rollback. These guys run, control and manage everything in the guide, making them the masters. Sure there may be Wikia Staff that have the same powers as us and those Janitors who clean up every mess we make, but we are the true masters here.
