Alien armor has buffs and armor class values that surpass all other armors in terms of the sheer weight of bonuses. Given this, Alien Armor also has a very complex tradeskill process needed to construct it that is slightly dis-similar to other armors.
- The Alien Armor is a set of GyunGyun armor that plays a central role in Random Kingdom III, being the source of Ole's power. The armor resembles the exoskeleton of a GyunGyun - it is dark green in color, with black speckles, and 'ribbed' parts of skin on the inside of the lower arms and legs, which glow with a blue energy when Ole channels his Chi. The armor was brought to him by Captain Gyun, the commander of a lone GyunGyun spaceship that had been in the vicinity of Terra when Planet Gyun was destroyed by the demon Cyril(or Krill). Ole was about to die in an avalanche and mutants when the captain spotted him (the very first draft makes a reference to Ole being the "chosen one" and the situation he is in is not clarified in that draft) and granted him the armor, saving his life and allowing him to soundly defeat the mutants. Initial versions had Ole having to gather the armor piece-by-piece, starting with the shoes (a play on real-life Ole's blue sport shoes), which were initially given to him by the Gyun captain, however this is ill-matched with the idea of the captain granting him the armor, as there would be no reason or explanation for the other pieces being found in other places of the world. Later versions retconned the armor to be 'contained' in Ole's sword, or did away with it entirely. While central to at least the first drafts of Random Kingdom III, the concept was never actually worked out in great detail.
