Grace Thaxton (née Menges; 18 June 1891 – 6 July 2005) was a supercentenarian, the oldest person in Kentucky, the fourth-oldest person in the U.S. and the seventh-oldest documented person in the world at the time of her death. She also became New York state's all-time recordholder on 28 May 2005, aged 113 years, 344 days, breaking the record set by Mae Harrington in December 2002. Thaxton died several weeks later on 6 July 2005, aged 114 years, 18 days.

Thaxton's paternal grandfather, Peter Menges (1817–1915), also lived for nearly 98 years.
