Once gaining the rank of Witch, Shyahwyn gained the tattoos upon her body that symbolized her dedication to those that have protected her and trained her in the martial and arcane arts. A life that she has come to thrive in. Herbalism and chemistry have been her focus for the past fifteen years; ingrained by her master every day as she foraged through the temperate environments of various worlds they visited while constantly on the run. Each holding their own unique dangers and wonders, most started to blend together after a while. After the battle on Baralou and watching her master and mentor die at the hands of a number of jedi, Shyahwyn eventually made her way to Aargau. While in the undercity part of the large, architectural feat, she met Killian who promised her a job using the ingredients that he had purchased in Minerva's Apothecary where they initially met. Upon acceptance, the young witch traveled to Ruusan and entered a new life that would forever mold Shyahwyn into Phoenix her new Dark Jedi persona. Having been on Ruusan and part of the Penumbra now for several months, the Templar has befriended a princess of Gascon whom soon called a sister. Having promised themselves to one another, the pair became inseparable. Soon their vows would be tested when Britannica was kidnapped and spirited back to her homeworld by agents working for her own sister, the Queen of Gascon. Following on their heels, Shyahwyn and soon their master, Killian found that the present queen was involved in a scandalous plot to claim a child borne by her own maidservant as her own to become the heir to the throne, silencing any competitors to that lofty position. Tortured by Shyahwyn's own mother, Maelona, Britannica was found by the dark jedi and freed, then both had met men loyal to the dispossessed princess who sent out the call to arms. Meeting at the palace, Killian led the duo into the private quarters of the Queen where Britannica gained revenge for years of pain, then replaced her now deceased sister. During a camping trip through the verdant mountains of Ruusan, Shyahwyn ran into Sir Invictus whom she had already sparred with once on one of the moons where many trials and training was conducted. Having never known men as equals, the dark jedi was suddenly feeling emotions that she didn't understand and vowed to herself to understand them better. The end to that search is still developing. Not a few weeks after returning from that trip in the mountains of Ruusan, Shyahwyn and her master traveled to Yelsain to attend the Moot, a large and annual gathering that the closed society hosted once a year. Meeting a little girl named Caci, Shyahwyn became embroiled in the troubles of the local family when her mother Maelona showed up again and promised that the young girl would be Shyahwyn's replacement. A fight couldn't be afforded with her Force abilities in public, but she vowed that the little girl and her family would be saved from her mother's evil intentions.
