Todd Rucci (born July 14, 1970) is a former professional American football player who played guard for seven seasons in the National Football League from 1993 to 1999. He was a starter in Super Bowl XXXI for the New England Patriots. Rucci graduated in 1988 from Upper Darby High School where he also excelled as the shot put and or discus on the track team and was class president. Todd was in the same High School Class as Tina Fey Rucci was named to the New England Patriots 1990s All-Decade Team. He is currently the Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Lottery.
