Second Lieutenant Theodore "Theo" Reynolds was a COG dispatch operator, typically tasked with providing support to Iota-357 and later Charlie-142. Son of decorated General Manfred Reynolds, Theodore had never really wanted to be part of the military, but was forced in by his father. Despite not being particularly good at anything, he managed to land a job as a dispatch operator, largely out of nepotism. Despite his apathy regarding his job or being any good at it, he grew to respect the members of the squads he provided support to, eventually becoming competent at his work for their sakes.
