Reh'mwa was a Bothan radical and a leader of the True Victory Party, a group of Bothans who tried to continue the ar'krai against the Yuuzhan Vong. As of 35 ABY, he and his fellow fundamentalists had acquired a ship, the Avengeance, in a bid to locate Zonama Sekot and wipe out the Yuuzhan Vong. Their efforts were unsuccessful, with the Avengeance neutralized and most of his crew imprisoned in MaxSec Eight.

En el 35 DBY adquirieron una nave el Vengador con el objetivo de encontrar Zonama Sekot y atacar a los Yuuzhan Vong. Sus esfuerzos fueron en vano, con el Vengador neutralizado y muchos de sus tripulantes prisioneros en Maxsec 8, aunque se desconoce porque Reh'mwa no fue capturado. En el 40 DBY, Reh'mwa comenzó a conspirar contra los Yuuzhan Vong y para ello destruyó el Dhuryam de Coruscant. Reh'mwa, junto con numerosos miembros del Partido Bothan de la Victoria Verdadera, fue asesinado por Alema Rar y Lumiya bajo las órdenes de Jacen Solo, debido a que estos habían destruido el dhuryam.

In 40 ABY, Reh'mwa began again threatening the Yuuzhan Vong and the Dhuryam on Coruscant. Reh'mwa, along with several other members of the True Victory Party, was later killed by Lumiya on the request of Jacen Solo after the death of the World Brain.
