The Computational Intellect Project (CIP) was a computationally intelligent supercomputer acting as a political party and many other organizations in Barmenistan. It was created through efforts from the Barmenian Science and Technology Ministry on behalf of the generous funds granted towards the ministry by the Barmenistan Council of Intellectualism (BCI). Not much was known about the CIP. It functioned in the government by using robots under its direct control as legislative members, cabinet members, and presidential candidates.
