NCC Medical Ward Like its previous incarnation, this medical ward was designed with the medic in mind, with all the modern advances to make the dirty work of repairs a world easier. It is well lit, the blue and violet metal of the walls and decor is a shade paler here, and the ubiquitous filigree is missing, all to assist in ease of cleaning. Still, the place veritably sparkles. In the furniture, there is a subtle motif of blades and sharp edges, as if to evoke the scalpel of a surgeon, although it is all quite safe. Around two dozen beds, more comfortable than their sharp looks would suggest, fill the medical ward, laid out in a tidy grid, and more can be flipped out of the walls should emergency demand it. A set of tracks on the ceiling mirror the grid of beds, allowing advanced scanning

A set of tracks on the ceiling mirror the grid of beds, allowing advanced scanning equipment and tolls to be swiveled around to the various beds. Computer terminals and cabinets are molded right into the walls at intervals, and while there are the normal medical security cameras, it appears as if someone has set some of the cameras specifically to watch the cabinets. Room Contents: Octane Shockwave's laboratory Gumby Medic MSE CO OFFICE (Earth) Medical Rules Scrapper's Art - Sixteen Pieces You put your hand on the authentification device. ACCESS GRANTED appears on a small screen above your hand. The door unlocks and you hear a female mechanical voice greeting you. "Welcome Shockwave" Shockwave's laboratory The interior of Shockwave's laboratory is way bigger than it looks from the outside. There is a huge computer console with multiple screens and a throne-like chair infront of it. In the middle of the room is an operating table, very similar to ones find in medical wards and above it a multi-purpose engineering/medical drone to assist during procedures. There is a workbench in the corner with various power-tools and next to it is a big rack full of different spare parts/components. The creepiest thing is in the back of the room, there are lockers very similar to ones found in human morgues (Type 'morgue' for details, README for the OOC information about the room and +commands for a list of the room's commands and functions) Camera> Shockwave's laboratory /LISTEN - Set. Shockwave punches a few keys on the computer and activates the external camera. Camera activated. Shockwave punches a few keys on the computer, the metal bolt slides into locked position with a loud *CLANK* and a small hum can be heard as the magnetic lock powers up sealing the room up. Door locked Shockwave punches a few keys on the computer and deactivates the external camera. Camera deactivated. You leave Shockwave's laboratory. * * * Travel spam to the NCC spaceport *** You take a sleek chute of polished, faceted metal that leads to a forest of filigree, and from there connects to the NCC Spaceport. NCC Spaceport Very large and flat, like the NCC spaceport always has been, there remains the room for spaceships and aircraft of all shapes and sizes to land and take off, whether they're equipped with VTOL or not. The large hangers, warehouses for incoming supplies, and maintenance stations are still there, although now they seem to mostly exist on the northwest edge of the area. Where once the runways were silver Cybertronian, an impurity has been added to give the whole area a frost-blue tint. Also new are the rows of sharp, jagged, upward pointing structures to the north and south that crowd together enough to make passage difficult without flight. Beyond the southern border that these provide is the sparkling ocean, and far behind the north edge, the distant peak of Mount R'Lyeh can be spied. Past the hangers and warehouses is the raised structure of the Command Center, set atop a maze of metallic supports that appear to the eye no sturdier than dandelion fluff, but in fact are more than sufficient to serve as support for the Empire's commanders while at the same time cushioning it from the vibrations caused by the activities of the spaceport. Several passages wind their way beneath the Command Center, allowing individuals access to the Spinal Pathway without having to first pass through the nerve center of the city. Room Contents: Ramjet Sinnertwin Decepticon Shuttle Decepticon Shuttle Ramjet has left. Ramjet enters the Decepticon Shuttle . Decepticon Shuttle The interior of the shuttle is very roomy. There is a highly technical cockpit that seats numerous bots at various stations, and a huge cargo area for additional troops or equipment. Thing Contents: Ramjet Onslaught Sinnertwin has arrived. Shockwave boards the Shuttle and sees Onslaught sitting at the controls. He refrains from reminding the combaticon that he only got his pilot's licence by cheating on the exam since he does not meet the minimum requirements. Small force indeed but it will have to do for now. I was hoping to have a sweep or two along for the ride but I guess we will manage without them as usual." Ramjet has already taken his seat in the shuttle, one legged resting horizontally on the other, before he glances at Onslaught and then to Shockwave before jerking a thumb at himself in answer to Shockwave's comments. "Hey, I'm tough enough to take 'em. What's the worry?" He then laughs loudly and looks satisfied with himself. Onslaught is indeed sitting in the pilot seat, leaving the Captain Kirk's seat for the one handed wonder. The combaticon commander, who was after all able to send the Earth into the sun by hacking Shockwave's spacebridge, is already starting the launching sequence. He knows that if the Decepticons got that message, the Autobots did too. They need to reach that planet before them. Vortex has arrived. Shockwave sits in a big chair and begins re-checking the database for any information on that prison or whom the occupants might be. The cyclops turns to nod at Ramjet. "You may launch when ready Onslaught." Sinnertwin treads around in a circle before settling down in a corner of the ship. One of the heads curls around the body to sleep, the other peering up. "Ah, wake me when we're there. I need to conserve me energy for eatin'" Onslaught pulls push a button : Ridiculous speed! and launch the shuttle into space. * * * Space travel spam *** Outside, You land on planet P-19170167 Outside, Planet P-19170167 - Outside Outside, A wholly inhospitable place with hellish conditions, even for Transformer life forms, the planet designated P-19170167 in the Cybertronian astrological charts is filled with volcanic activity. Molten lava rivers flow into great lakes of magma. Active volcanoes dot the landscape, and the solid ground itself is merely lava that's cooled enough to become solid. The air is filled with black ash and smoke. Transformers and Exo-Suits can survive approximately five minutes before the heat begins seriously damaging them. The air is unbreathable, and an unarmoured human would have only seconds to live. The P-19170167 prison is located on a relatively stable part of the planet, overlooking a blackened cliff adjacent to a massive lake of magma. Lava waves routinely crash against the cliffs. The prison consists of two main buildings. A smaller, squarish building several stories high that serves as the Guard Barracks is to one side, and a larger, more expansive prisoner's area which houses the prison's cells, is to the other. Both are a dark Autobot orange, made doubly so due to the constant rain of ash. Raised tunnels connect the two. Near the prison complex is a relatively flat area where modern shuttles can land. Outside, Room Contents: A-10 Thunderbolt Autobot Shuttle Onslaught who was totally in control all along maneuvers the shuttle towards the planet, "We're at the correct coordinates... who ever sent that signal was here... launching a complete scan of the planet." Outside, The Planet designated P-19170167 in the Cybertronian astrological orbits a lonely star in a lonely sector of space. The planet, as one can easily see from the @desc, is filled with lava flows, rivers of magma, and lakes of fire. Currently it is raining light ash. Onslaught's scans will pick up the only source of technology on the planet being the prison. There is enough space for a pair of shuttles to land comfortably. Both shuttles, however, can easily pick each other up on their own scanners. Outside, From Autobot Shuttle , DepthCharge's fingers dance along the console's keys, pulling up a view of the planet as they land. He gives Elita a glance, before looking at the readings again, before looking back to the femme Commander. "You sure this is the right place?" He clarifies. "As .. this place looks barely hospitable." Ramjet is clearly in a state of impatience now, tapping his foot on the ground and drumming the fingers of his right arm on his opposite forearm, before he turns to look at Onslaught. He rolls his eyes at the words "complete scan" but sits back against his chair back and keeps waiting. Shockwave watches the surroundings as the shuttle lands gracefully. With a swift and decisive motion the purple cyclops stands up from the co-pilot chair and heads for the shuttle door. "Decepticons, prepare for combat. Our main objective is the rescue and recovery of Decepticon prisonners. Our secondary objective is the leeching of this facility's database. If we were not aware of it's existance how much information are we really missing? If the Decepticon prisonners pose a problem to this rescue party incapacitate them and we will sort things out later." Sinnertwin continues to sleep, curled in the corner. His feet keep kicking out. "Zzzzz... yum yum Foxfire" he mutters. "Zzzzz... no, no... not tha' spoon.... zzzz... get a face ye bast'd" Vortex nods "Right, a good old grab and bag." He nudges Sinnertwin. "Hey, ugly. Wake up. It's dinnertime and we're being briefed on where the food is." Onslaught grunts, "I think I found the prison.. it's the only sign of civilisation on that whole rock... but we have an Autobot shuttle just ahead of us." Outside, From Autobot Shuttle , The pink femme glances toward DepthCharge. "I'm sure. You don't forget a place like this." Elita One's face takes on a grimmer countenance than usual -- "I commissioned the prison here myself." She punches buttons deftly, noting, "Looks like the Decepticons got the message, too. No doubt they're looking to poach whatever's left that's usable and whoever's left alive. See if there's still a suitable landing pad left on the prison grounds -- won't be hard to find, assuming it hasn't been eaten up by lava already." Outside, DepthCharge leaves the Autobot Shuttle . Outside, DepthCharge has arrived. Outside, DepthCharge has left. Outside, DepthCharge enters the Autobot Shuttle . Outside, Rodimus Prime leaves the Autobot Shuttle . Outside, Rodimus Prime has arrived. He has remained quiet virtually the entire time thus far, simply listening to the reports. But now, glancing and listening to Shockwave, Galvatron finally nods. "Indeed. A pity we don't have someone around to be a bit more quiet for the database... well, we make do with what we have." Outside, As the Autobots disembark the shuttle, the intense heat immediately takes effect. You won't want to be out here for long, as the elements will begin degrading your systems within 5 minutes. A pair of ash-covered buildings can be viewed. Both of them have the Autobot insignia emblazoned on them, however soot covered they may be. But the Autobot insignia on the larger building, which Elita will remember as being the prisoner's area, has been shot off by a laser rifle, and in its place someone has drawn a crude, laser-pocked Decepticon insignia. Truly it is a work of art. Vortex chuckles. "An Autobot shuttle eh? Good! A chance for some fun before we spring the others. Let's see what we can do to leave them in their own prison." He chuckles, eager to see some action. Onslaught slowly maneuvers the shuttle towards a landing spot he detected a moment ago. This is not an easy task with all the volcanic activity around here but a moment later, the Conquest II lands on what is for now, a safe spot. Outside, The most notable entrance is on the smaller building. The Guard barracks. This is the building with the Autobot insignia. Outside, From Autobot Shuttle , Another glance, slightly longer this time, is awarded to Elita One for her 'commissioned' comment. But there isn't time now to further probe her for the details, what with the Decepticon's being mentioned. "I'm on it." He says to the femme Commander, reverting his full attention back to the console before him. About half a minute passes as the Aquabot types away, until he says, "I believe we can land over there.. " He points to a segment on the screen. "It seems stable enough, from what readings I am getting." Ramjet is up on his feet the moment the shuttle touches down and is making for the shuttle's exit. Apparently he's itching for a fight with someone. Ramjet has left. Outside, Ramjet has arrived. Onslaught has left. Outside, Onslaught has arrived. Outside, From Autobot Shuttle , Elita One nods, pulling down to land on the stable-enough spot. "We're not going to want to stay any longer than we have to -- I trust the shuttle to hold up, but only so much." She nods to DC, and glances to the back of the shuttle. "We'll head for the smaller building first. Ready?" Shockwave leaps outside and powers up his nuclear generator. Good thing he replaced his uranium rod before leaving earth. Outside, From Autobot Shuttle , Rodimus Prime stares out one of the windows as the shuttle begins its descent. "You couldn't have chosen a planet with white sandy beaches or at least some snow? Volcanic planets are such cliches now." Prime, it seems, has been here the entire time. Really. "From the looks of the main complex, we're going to have some major problems." You leave the Decepticon Shuttle . Planet P-19170167 - Outside A wholly inhospitable place with hellish conditions, even for Transformer life forms, the planet designated P-19170167 in the Cybertronian astrological charts is filled with volcanic activity. Both are a dark Autobot orange, made doubly so due to the constant rain of ash. Raised tunnels connect the two. Near the prison complex is a relatively flat area where modern shuttles can land. Room Contents: Onslaught Ramjet Decepticon Shuttle A-10 Thunderbolt Autobot Shuttle From Autobot Shuttle , Foxfire has also been here the entire time. He's just small and easy to miss. "Did I ever mention I hate volcanoes? They're such a pain. Volcanic planets are even worse." From Autobot Shuttle , With a tug on his seat straps an, "Affirmative." is given to Elita One as DepthCharge prepares himself for the landing. Primus, Rodimus is right. There doesn't seem to be a worse possible place for this prison. If DepthCharge was a human, he might refer to this place as Hell. For he can't imagine any place being worse than this (and he hasn't even gotten inside!) Onslaught also jumps out of the shuttle, holding his sonic rifle, keeping an optic on the Autobot shuttle while he surveys the area. His first reflexe is to order Ramjet and Vortex to transform and provide air support. But with Galvatron and Shockwave here it may not be wise to start barking orders so he takes a more subtle approach, "I suggest that we get ourself some air support. We don't know who or what we will find on this planet." Galvatron leaves the Decepticon Shuttle . Galvatron has arrived. Galvatron moves majestically into the area. Ramjet turns to look up as he sees the descending Autobot shuttle descending, but in regards to the idea of him and Vortex providing air support, he's already well ahead of the other cons in that idea. He flies upward, transforming midway, before banking around to line himself up on the Autobot shuttle before opening up on it. Ramjet sees the sky standing in his way and transforms before flying straight at it and pushing it aside with his engines roaring. From Autobot Shuttle , Elita One can only give Rodimus a vaguely apologetic look as she exits the shuttle and immediately starts moving toward the guard barracks. Elita One leaves the Autobot Shuttle . Elita One has arrived. Elita One strides confidently into the area. Vortex leaves the Decepticon Shuttle . Vortex has arrived. Vortex waits tensely for the order to attack . Once the others leave the shuttle, he follows, transforming and simply waiting for the chance to provide air support. Once he sees Ramjet move ahead he shouts. "Hey! You're not leaving me behind!" The chopper moves to follow Ramjet and provide cover fire if needed. From Autobot Shuttle , Rodimus Prime stands slowly from his seat and turns toward the main egress ramp. "Ready your weapons." He orders, drawing his photon eliminator as he steps outside the shuttle, "And hustle inside. The last thing I want to do today is using a squeegie to mop one of my friends off the surface of this world." Rodimus Prime leaves the Autobot Shuttle . Rodimus Prime has arrived. Foxfire leaves the Autobot Shuttle . Foxfire has arrived. Shockwave hurries out towards the guards area "Hurry up the temperature here will pose a problem within a short span of time. We need to get to shelter inside the facility and execute the plan." The elements are very hot. Autobots and Decepticons are free to war here if they so desire. The shuttles themselves provide some measure of protection from the intense heat. Cybertronian Air Conditioning has always been a very powerful technology. Still, a prolonged battle out here is obviously going to create a lot of casualties on both sides. Sinnertwin leaves the Decepticon Shuttle . Sinnertwin has arrived. Elita One, gun drawn and keeping an eye on the red, corroded skies, looking out for any fly-bys. "Hurry," she says tersely to the rest of the group, as if it needed to be stated. "If the look of this place is any indication, they haven't changed the access codes since they built the place." Onslaught shouts towards Vortex, "Head for the installations. It's too hot here. Don't bother with the Autobots for now." Then the combaticon commander takeoff and follows Shockwave towards the prison. Sinnertwin stomps out of the ship, both heads raised and sniffing at the air. "Aaah, this is tha' life! Might have to keep this place on the map for a holiday, no?" From Autobot Shuttle , DepthCharge follows suit, as soon as he's outside the Aquabot literally staggers from the heat. When you're designed for the ice cold environments of the ocean you tend to have a little weakness to intense heat. Truth be told, DepthCharge used to have a big weakness to intense heat; but he upgraded his armour to protect against those that would use that weakness against him. But still, it wasn't designed to protect against anything like this. So, regaining his footing, the medic activates a slim, form fitting forcefield around himself. The type he uses when re-entering the Earth's atmosphere from orbit. This should stop him combusting until they can get inside. DepthCharge leaves the Autobot Shuttle . DepthCharge has arrived. Foxfire follows his comrades out of the shuttle, staying close to them. His posture is slightly crouched, like he's on the prowl, but it's more defensive than anything, in case he has to fight. His hip compartments are open, showing the rockets that are inside. "Man...this place is worse than Hawaii." Vortex chuckles. "Aww you're no fun." he breaks off his fight instantly with Onslaught's orders and starts to head for the installations. "Let's see. How to get those doors down. I was thinking a nice windstorm. With the heat of the air, it should do some nice damage to the outer defenses. A nice wall of heat and fire that the prisoners could use as cover.." Galvatron takes to the air virtually the moment he disembarks from the Conquest II. "We can deal with the Autobots soon enough. Inside, as Shockwave said!" As he speaks, he alters course accordingly to head for the guard barracks as well. He was curious to see who might still be around that could be utilized to further his Empire. Ramjet swings away from the shuttle as the order to head toward the installations is giving, muttering to himself, as he flies ahead of Vortex and slides in front of him. He laughs as he listens to Vortex's suggestion. "Hey, what's with all the techy talk? Just blow a hole in it!" Those with powerful sensors detect power fluctuations coming from the Autobot guard barracks, as if a miniature war has just started up in there. Shockwave has no time to fiddle around and try to hack the door's security system. He simply transforms into his fancy space-gun mode and fires a high intensity gamma-ray blast at the guard area's door. "Everyone inside and rememer the rules of engagement. Stick to the plan." With the traditional sound, Shockwave transforms into a giant space-gun. He may be unable to fly, but at least his chameleonic power of blending into any area he enters comes in handy here. Yes, Rodimus Prime has suddenly adapted by shifting his paint scheme into a bright red/orange/yellow motif......Oh yeah, he looks that way everywhere. Well, at least this planet isn't snowcovered, so he isn't quite as garish as he is in most cases. His pace toward the guard barracks isn't a full-out sprint, as his armor is thick enough to provide some additional protection but it's still a healthy run. "Elita, later we're going to discuss why I was never briefed about this place." As soon as the door is blasted by Shockwave, Onslaught lands in front of the hole, still holding his rifle. He leans on the wall next to the hole and then dive in, commando still, pointing his weapon from one side to the other to make sure no one is waiting there, ready to shoot them. Onslaught moves to Planet P-19170167 - Guard Barracks. Onslaught has left. Vortex chuckles. "It's more fun this way. But I kinda need permission because ..it's gonna be.. um.. a big wind funnel. of Fire." He chuckles "Or I could just shoot." he dives down, firing away. "Always going the easy way.." As Shockwave fires a high energy gamma-ray blast, the entire building shakes to its core the lowest level of the barracks. The door is caved in, having been made more brittle over the years thanks to the intense heat. Access to the inner levels of the barracks, containing the actual bunks themselves, is granted. Damn near everyone inside is knocked off their feat by the sudden impact of Shockwave's blast hitting the outer wall. The temperature inside starts to climb, fighting against the Autobot made air conditioning inside. Elita One takes a more efficient route than blasting into the place -- instead, in the doorway, she bangs out a long, involved sequence on a keypad that looks like it's had a couple of acid baths in its day. "Long story short, Prime, it was outside your security clearance." Looking to her side as the door opens, the leaps out of the way, as Shockwave's blast takes out the doorway anyway. Pink and white armor scorched, she charges in after Onslaught. Ramjet dives down toward the recently made hole in the wall, transforming as he approaches it, before quickly getting inside in search of somerthing to fight. You move to Planet P-19170167 - Guard Barracks. Planet P-19170167 - Guard Barracks Four stories in height with enough room for a larger Transformer to maneuver, the prison's guard barracks is still able to present a claustrophobic and confined atmosphere, owing partly to the lack of any windows. Dim lights illuminate the compound and cast long shadows behind various bits of old equipment, though they flicker occasionally. The corridors are crowded and cramped, with half-functional monitors and computer panels jutting out from the walls at regular intervals. The flooring is worn, the Autobot orange paint faded, and the systems keeping this place functional look like they've been built and rebuilt a thousand times now. The two lowest levels house the guardsmech's quarters. There are four mechs to a small room. A small corner is also used for holding medical supplies. The third floor has a sparse common area where guards can hang out. An airlock here leads to the tunnel that travels to the prisoner's area. A second airlock leads to the outside. The top floor houses the command centre. Here the small but powerful energy generator is maintained. The monitors that used to report the status of the prisoners' cells are now blank. A subterranean basement level once housed the shuttle bay, but the shuttles have all fallen into a state of disrepair. Happiness is not a thing Quickswitch has felt in any more than a fleeting quantity in a very long time. Photon blasters raised, aiming for the chest and head of one of the dreaded duo--Dreadwind, Raising his voice in the battlecry he hadn't shared with the Wreckers in millenia, he watches, both pleased and a touch annoyed as Impactor makes short work of the guards, "Say goodnight... It's--" no sooner, he goes flying, only transforming into a metal heap of a tank, sliding with a great metallic shriek across the floor. Sinnertwin arrives from Planet P-19170167 - Outside. Vortex arrives from Planet P-19170167 - Outside. Vortex has arrived. Dreadwind looks up from pinning a squirming guard under his foot and blowing his face in with his riot gun to see Quickswitch drawing down on him. "Every existing thing is born without reason, prolongs itself out of weakness, and dies by chance," he recites, dropping to his knees and lunging towards Quickswitch, a sharpened chunk of steel gripped in his fist. But which of them would succumb is never resolved... at least not yet, because a triphammer blast knocks Dreadwind flat to the floor, sending him skidding into a heap of guards and prisoners all mixed up together. Fusillade has arrived. Darkwing crouches reflexively and briefly as the barraks level is blown open, rolling when the wave hits him and then springs again to fire off another shot towards the guard he had been aiming for before the building-rocking and oven action began... It was Quickshot who had been aiming for Dreadwind. But the mech has been launched out of his line of sight and has taken tank form. No matter, he shifts his aim for a guard has been thrown into his nearby line of sight. The wussy Autobot designed riot gun makes 'pwew!' sounds blasting. He hates it, but it is all he has for ranged weaponry. He keeps his scrap metal shank gripped tight just in case. "The honest reflextion of all the universe this planet offers has now begun to leak in to this tomb. A fitting experience should this be our final moments before oblivion." Nightbeat falls from the massive explosion/earthquake/whatever it was. He turns the fall into a controlled tumble and comes up with piece of door to use as a shield and a girder as a makeshift weapon. His optics take in the newly remodelled room and he says, "Oh great, we needed that hole in the wall like we needed a Decepticon break-out attempt. I guess good things come to those who wait," and he steps forward to return to the fray. It is then that he notices the crowd heading in from the tarmak and looks in vain for a glimps of what he personally considers the hope of the Autobots, Optimus Prime. It is then that a pair of Decepticon lackey prisoners decide to try and take him down. Their futile attacks break against his makeshift shield and he knocks them back with a single swing of his girder, "You two aren't even worth me pulling out my gats." Impactor's optics lay on Snapdragon as he makes it through the breech and takes one of his, he told them to stay tight.. There was only one cure for fools. His features contorted in a mask of anger and hate, he'd been aching to take Snapdragon out, he isn't given the chance. The world shakes, his entire world and one of the walls dissappear in a explosion, the air suddenly becoming dry and hot, all illusio of comfort and their last shield against this world ripped away, They would never be able to fix that.. this was either going to have to be someone to pull their sorry afts out of here or some one to toss their wrecks in a lava flow. Stunned, Impactor gazes into the inferno beyond, getting back to his feet and hoisting his riot shield, his features almost matching the autopbot symbol upon the portable barrier, a look of grim defiance. Grimlock has arrived. Snapdragon's optics meet those of Impactor, though that is the last image he sees before the sounds of the explosion. As the building that has housed them for so long seems to come under attack, Snapdragon has enough of a kill or be killed mentality to take advantage of the situation. He rushes towards the Autobot guard that has beaten him time and time again, the memory of them fueling his anger. Gripping the beam in his hand tighter he raises it, the distance between Impactor and himself closed in moments. "Those sounds you hear are not saviors coming to your rescue.....it is only destruction. Pray that you die in this battle, for if you don't I will make sure every pain you have given out will be returned." As the anger evelops him he swings the beam towards Impactor.... For those rushing through the hole in the barracks that Shockwave has created, the sounds of weaponsfire makes itself immediately known. You are on the lowest level of the guard barrack, where the actual bunks and recharge stations are. There is a rundown grav-lift that will take you upwards towards where the sounds of fighting are obvious. Or, for those who can fly, blasting a hole in the ceiling is another easy option. The inside is littered with junk, some of it degraded over the years, and some of it destroyed by Shockwave's brute force method of entry. The temperature inside is now hotter than before, but it is at least tolerable, if not terribly comfortable. Up above, Autobot guards, outnumbered but better equipped and led by the hardest Autobot soldier ever to grace this planet, battle against the horde of Decepticons, each carting around substandard equipment but a sense of desperation that means none of them are going to give up easily. Firing erratically, the Decepticon prisoners tend to make a mess out of things, blowing out the various bits of equipment on the main level of the barracks. Nobody tries to get in the way of Snapdragon and Impactor. Optimus Prime? No, he hasn't been seen walking around for almost 30 years now. However, any Autobot who wishes to see him may visit between the hours of 8 and 6, seven days per week. In his place, Rodimus Prime now commands the Autobots, and he is one of the first of the reinforcements to step through the smoldering hole in the wall. "Grimlock..." He turns toward the Dinobot Leader. "You're responsible for rear guard. No Decepticon prisoner gets past you." Just at that moment one of the gumby prisoners makes a run for it, drawing a nasty shoulder-check from Rodimus as he attempts to run by. The nameless prisoner tumbles and skids across the floor, smacking against a nearby wall and no longer moving. "Elita, you've been here before, so you've got point. Shortest route possible to the main skirmish." The comment about his 'security clearance' will likely be the cause of another lengthy debate later. Sixshot has arrived. Once inside, DepthCharge deactivates his forcefield around himself to preserve energon supplies. He has a feeling he's going to need all the energon he has. Exactly how many Decepticons are in here anyway? From the sounds of the fighting up in the distance part of DepthCharge tells himself that he really doesn't want to know the answer to that. With an uncomfortable look on his face due to the heat, the medic has his attention fully on Prime (not the one the Guards are expecting) as orders are given. Hands going to his back and detatching his trident weapon. "Grav-lift, unless Grimlock feels like flying us up," Elita One says, plasma rifle drawn and at the ready while she moves expediently toward the husk of a lift, something that would have looked unreliably primitive even in better days. "All aboard who's coming aboard," she says as the grav-lift is jolted to life through a combination of delicate and deft keypad work and a judicious kick. "Just remember -- if someone got sent here, they /deserved/ to be sent here. And they've been stewing for millions of years. Expect anything." Grimlock follows along at Elita One's side, having just appeared without any previous lines in this episode. "Me Grimlock hate flying!" He comments, in response to the idea that he'd fly anyone anywhere. "Hnnhh... on second thought, me Grimlock fine with flying, but maybe not so much with carrying people." He strokes his jaw with his claw, not noticing that he's in an old-ass elevator to hell. Foxfire gives Grimlock an odd look as he follows the others onto the lift. "Did you forget that you can *fly* in robot mode?" He pauses. "Err, never mind." He looks around. "This elevator looks older than the Pit...you guys sure it won't, y'know, break?" Space-Gun flies inside the facility through the hole he just blasted. A quick x-ray scan as he flies in and runs his threat assessment sub-routine. //Subject: Rodimus Prime Threat class: HIGH - Subject: DepthCharge Threat class: MODERATE - Subject: Elita One Threat class: MODERATE - Subject: Foxfire Threat class: MINIMAL. 6 unknown subjects// From afar Shockwave notices the Autobots securing the lift so he simply adjusts his angle and starts blasting the ceiling to make a hole big enough for two at least. "Onslaught get up there and secure whatever room I just blasted into. Once everyone is up on the next floor proceed towards the location of the disturbance. I will make my way towards the guard office. Perhaps I can find useful information there about this facility." Galvatron looks upwards as he enters, hearing the whine of weapons fire coming from above. There's the run-down lift, and then there's collateral damage via blasting holes through the ceiling. The Autobots, it seems, are making for the lift. A place like this, that reminds him of the hell that was Torqulon... He raises his right arm, the glow within his cannon barrel brightening, and then *KRAK-THOOM* as the blast lances upward through the ceiling. Let them make holes for the group -- he's going straight up, lifting with his anti-gravs and rising to the next floor to look around. Sinnertwin stomps in through the hole, transforming to robot mode as he looks around. "Ah now, lookin' at this place, ye can kinda find respect for tha' Autobots. Makin' such a hellhole, its almost admirable like." He smirks as his boosters glow into life and he begins to rise. "So, who do ye want me to smite fer ya?" Sinnertwin growls and leaps to the air, folding and shifting to become an imposing, grimy robot The facility shakes again as Shockwave proceeds to make more and more ventilation holes in the barracks. Galvatron adds to this, turning the floors into swiss cheese. The building starts to lean roughly to one side - it clearly cannot take anymore of this. Up above, a blast from Galvatron rips through the flooring and up to the ceiling, nearly slicing off the leg of a Decepticon prisoner who happened to be standing in the wrong spot at the wrong time. The Decepticon prisoners momentarily fall back slightly in shock of what's going on, using the entrance to the tunnel that leads to the prisoner's area as cover while they try to gun down the remaining Autobot forces. This sudden invasion from the outside has made things even more chaotic. An Autobot guardsmech, frantic to see who it is that's come to save them, rushes to one of the holes in the floor and looks down - seeing only the barrel of the infamous Shockwave below, pointing upwards at him. The Autobot guard jolts backwards, shouting, "No! The Decepticons, Impactor. It's the Decepticons who've come! Shockwave's led a force here to kill us!" Onslaught nods at Shockwave and takes off passing through the hole on the ceiling. He looks around him as his sensors try to find the source of the disturbance, "Gun fight somewhere about 30 meters from here. Proceed with caution." he simply says as he starts walking along a corridor towards the source of the noise. Ramjet climbs through the hole provided by Shockwave, looking smug that his own idea was used, as he glances up to look up at the additional holes being blasted in the ceiling above. He flies upward, breaking through the floor into the room above, and leaving a him shaped hole in the floor before leaping over the other two holes and making his away along the corridor after the others. Fusillade has eschewed her wingblades for now, and instead clutches her chromed Desert Eagle styled disruptor as she goes through standard advance and cover maneuvers through the hallway. She glances toward the considerable insult that the ceiling's infrastructure takes, and snorts a bit to herself. "Right, keep anti-gravs primed," she murmurs, before she clicks her heels and then rises through the largest of the apertures. Her wingblades whisk about her knees as she settles a bit behind Onslaught. As the lift strains under the weight of carrying more than, say, Foxfire (or half of Grimlock's foot), the building lurches -- causing the lift's gyrostabilizers to auto-correct after a long moment of suspended slantiness, and level out -- meaning that it's traveling nearly perpendicular to the tube it's in. It's a fun lesson in how to keep one's balance, as Elita One steels herself for what will come when they reach the main floor. The blue optic visor of DepthCharge pulses rapidly as the entire building shifts, looking over the elevator in concern. He says, trying to sound confident, "Don't worry. If it falls crashes, I'll shield us. If it breaks down, Dinobot Commander Grimlock and myself can get out and push." Anti-gravs and all. Hopefully Depthcharge does convey the confidence he doesn't feel. There's a reason why there's always a sign next to an elevator saying 'In case of fire, please use stairs'. Don't tell him that they didn't even design stairs in this place. Disaster waiting to happen. His hands tighten around the hilt of his trident; the Aquabot too preparing for whatever madness they will face once the doors open. Reminding himself of Elita's words that if a Decepticon is here, it is for a reason. Rodimus Prime takes a moment during the elevator ride to double-check his rifle and ensure it's fully charged. Satisfied with the result of the inspection Rodimus braces himself as the entire complex seems to shudder. "I take it this facility wasn't designed to protect against a heavy assault." Prime can only shake his head. "I'm sure we can climb from here if need be, but the speed of this lift, or lack thereof, is going to be an issue. The guards obviously need reinforcement and fast." Nightbeat continues the struggle from the front line. He dodges a piece of wall that three of the con Cons throw at him and heaves his makeshift weapons back. The door strikes one of his opponents at knee level taking the unlucky Con off his feet. The girder he had been wielding pierces into the shoulder of the second of the group and pins the hapless sap to one of the walls of the collapsing building. As he finishes his throw, the third member of the little group arrives and punches him in the midsection. While it doesn't stop the heroic Nightbeat, he doubles over as if it does then straightens suddenly butting his helmetted head against the fool and knocks some sense in or out of him whichever is appropriate. Now he finds himself relatively unengaged as the remaining huge number of Decepticons prepare for an new surge forward. His pistols, Muzzle and Grip, appear in his hands as he prepares to defend himself yet again. Elita One asides to Rodimus: "It wasn't designed for that, no. Because no one was ever supposed to find it." The lift creaks and makes an awful clacking noise as it travels up the two floors to the main common area. Elita One will have remembered this place well enough to guess where the action is. The rickity doors slide open, and the Autobots in the lift are now at the rear of the Autobot guard platoon as they fight against the Decepticon prisoners. One of the guards, hanging near the back and using a metal chair as cover, turns in shock at the lift's arrival, brandishing his weapon and preparing to blast the first person to walk out. The news that it's the Decepticons (not just the Decepticons, but -Shockwave- personally!) that's come to eradicate them has caused some of them to lose their grip on the situation. Though... those in the lift don't look like Decepticons. Foxfire winces slightly as the building shifts, instinctively digging his claws into the floor of the elevator. "That would be helpful, DC," he remarks once the lurching stops. Flicking his ears, he looks up at Rodimus and says, "I'm an expert climber, you know. It shouldn't be a problem for me." Well, except for the fact that he can't fly. Grimlock's blue optics go wide as the elevator door slides open, revealing a full-out prison break riot kind of deal. "Hnnnnh... Me Grimlock respectfully requesting permission to get all crazy up in here..." He mutters, transfixed, hypnotized by the potential for violence, his little claws rubbing together greedily. The gigantic green, red and grey Sixchanger lunges for one of the prisoners, twin guns razing in a spray of laserfire. The look on the prisoner's face is forever frozen as it falls, smoking dead and grey. Without even a moment's glance to spare before the 'delivered' prisoner hits the ground, Quickswitch transforms from robot mode to tank, blasts a smoldering hole through the chest of another mech, transforms a second time to slam one of the gumbies, hard, its head crumpled to the floor where it lays. A frenzied blast of laserfire into panicked gumbies, who had wanted the taste of freedom, so very, very badly. Now they have it... and so does he. It feels... how /does/ it feel? A smile forms on the mech's face. It's so simple... An imperfect rythym. "Remember me...?" Quickswitch asks, rhetorically, almost as if he's saying hello, or, in this case, goodbye, to another mech. Rounds pierce into his armor as the behemoth transforms into his feline form and leaps, claws raking down his chest, and mouth ripping at its throat, only to transform again, this time shrunken into a pistol and blasting one of them at point blank range. It's either a fascinating thing to watch, or something disgustingly terrible. Oh, he heard about Shockwave all right... His ears twitch and the mech transforms again, from near the front of the fray, looking around with a suddenly quiet expression, his guns still smoking, Dreadwind rolls back up to his feet, kicking off a guard who had climbed onto him in an attempt to overpower him. He hauls up the guard as he rises, flinging him towards Darkwing while laying down a suppressing fire against Quickswitch and falling back towards one of the holes in the floor. "They have laid their swords under their heads, but iniquities shall be upon their bones, though they were the terror of the mighty in the land of the living," he sneers icily at his former captor as he drops through the gash to simultaneously escape from the Autobots and their reinforcements, and descend towards the invaders from below, whom he knows by their wanton destruction (and obvious lack of entry codes or keys) can only be Decepticons. With the traditional sound, the space-gun unfolds into Shockwave's robot mode. Shockwave transforms back to his robot mode and makes his way towards one of the guard office. The cold calculating mechanoid blasts an Autobot security officer in the face with a healthy dose of Gamma-Ray. Before trying to hack into the system to get information he must first announce the Decepticon presence to the prisonners to help avoid friendly fire if possible. After quickly figuring out how the PA system works he activates the microphone and makes the following announcement his voice booming throughout the facility: "Hear me fellow Decepticons, I am Shockwave. There is a Decepticon force in this facility with the objective of releasing you. I ask you to cooperate for on this day, we will set you free from your Autobot jailers. Autobots prepare to join your fallen in the Mauseleum we shall spare no one." Darkwing has been always keeping an optic on Dreadwind in the chaos of the battle. It's just the way it has been forever, especially in here where it has become the fundamental tool of the pair's survival. When Dreadwind takes advantage of the Autobot guard who had gotten too close, Darkwing leaps into action. His blaster goes to make-shift holster and his gripped scrap-metal blade flicking out from hiding behind his forearm. Snapdragon really didn't have to make his point of watching out for eachother earlier. The cruel Decepticon-convict streaks towards the thrown and wounded guard (who is named Clashbang and likes the colour jade green, the soothing easy listening music collection he owns bought on the planet Greamyfrox, and 10 round melee combat contests), hooks his arm about him, and archs his blade across the exposed neck, severing the head. As Clashbang quickly loses all function, Darkwing recalls the long stint he was made to serve without his limbs as punishment for once springing an attack on Clashbang, in retaliation for an earlier beat-down dished out by the guard for Darkwing giving him a particularly depressing day with his grim talk. This is the end of their shared history. He gives a nod to the dying Autobot guard as his optics wink out and go dark. "Dreadwind, are we making for where the structure has been compromised down below somewhere to spread our wings?" Snapdragon does not recognize the faces of the 'newcomers', but rather draws back to those he does know. As Shockwave's words eminate throughout the facility he motions to Dreadwind and Darkwing "I don't know *what* is going on here, but keep yourselves -whole-. I'm not trusting anyone here, let alone someone that would leave us here for all this time. If it turns out to be true, great, if not.....you two know what to do." The beam makes it way towards the faceplate of another Autobot, Snapdragon seeming not to care who he hits as he sees all but a few as threats. Onslaught nods as he hears Shockwave's voice...psychological warfare and a damn good tactic at the same times, he likes that. The combaticon commander starts running towards the fight now that he's pretty sure where it is and finally manage to reach the rear rank of the Decepticons rioters. "Move out of the way, let the strongest troops reach the first ranks. Pickup anything that we left. Listen to me and you will be out of here in no time." <> comes Darkwind's radio reply. <> Sinnertwin continues to follow his comrades, his rifle out as he looks around the facilities with obvious admiration. "Ye know, I always thought that those Autobots kept prisoners like wee bairnes, covered in flowers and tha' like. Sure, this is a good side we're seeing today, perhaps we could learn a bit even!" To him, this is more like a delightful holiday than a life and death mission. The Decepticon prisoners, initially elated to hear that it was Shockwave that came to save them - indeed, there are wild cheers amongst Snapdragon's troop as Shockwave taps into the PA system and delivers his speech. "Hail Shockwave!" one of them shouts before taking a shot at the feline form of Quickswitch - only to see the Autobot avoid it, shift into gun mode, and blast him in the face at point blank range. The Autobot sixchanger is rapidly moving through the Decepticon ranks, tearing through them with one mode after another mode. Quickswitch's actions make it clear to them that the fight isn't over yet. A series of three prisoners fire upon Quickswitch, trying to bring the Autobot monster down before he can wreck more havoc. They have the numbers, and now they have reinforcements. Victory is within their grasp! As the Autobot lift rises to the top - they can't quite see who is inside just yet - the Decepticon prisoners continue to fall back slightly, content to wait the Autobot guards out until Shockwave and his kind get up here and help wipe out the Autobot guards. Onslaught's voice is heard, but they don't recognize it as anything other than a random Decepticon. Still, they are all accepting of letting their brethren get in on the action. The stamping footfalls overhead on the 3rd floor cause Fusillade to hmmm thoughtfully. She presses the inherent Decepticon advantage of the air as she leaps upward into the rafters, snapping off a few shots in the faces of any guards that might still be moderately functional and threatening the invasion force. She reminds the others, "Floors're unstable, be ready to jump if need be. And even if the airspace is a little tight, we can still fly in robot mode... and we can't let Onslaught have all the fun up there..." She skims far and fast down the main hallway, before choosing a likely looking spot some distance away from where the Combaticon commnder left. Maybe Autobot guards above -- it'd a hell of a surprise -- or some rioting Decepticon troops -- it could easily just be an accident. Right? She then unholsters both wingblades, and then stabs up into the warehouse styled combo floor and ceiling, cutting the metal and peeling it aside, ready to dart aside in case of any weapons fire that will be aimed her way. Who does she find? Galvatron continues to rise upward, his own blast apparently enough to have ripped through the second floor to reach the main common area, and majestically appears behind the Decepticon prisoners. o O ('Hail Shockwave', eh? Obviously they're behind the times... re-education will have to be a priority.) O o "Decepticons, give our compatriots some breathing room!" He takes aim, firing at one of the gumby Autobot guards and send them where they belong... the smelting pit. Rodimus Prime steps out of the elevator cautiously as it comes to a halt. Not that he's concerned about a firefight, but who knows how stable this structure is after all the damage its taken. "Autobots!" He glances back over his shoulder to his compatriots, and then toward the guards who are fighting for their lives. "Drive the Decepticons back to the Prison Block. If any of them resist, pacify them with all necessary force." Bringing his rifle to bear, the Autobot leader fires a pair of potent energy blasts into a group of prisoners as they try to gang-tackle a wayward guard. As the doors of the lift open, DepthCharge moves forward after Rodimus Prime, pointing the head of his trident forward. The scene is barely interpretable as he moves relies on split second reactions; firing off a blast from the Trident at the first form he sees with a Decepticon insignia. He keeps mentally repeating the 'here for a reason' motto of Elita's and from the sounds of things there are Autobots here in trouble. No time to waste in worrying about who he attacks. Just blast anything with a purple Decepticon symbol. And keep at it until orders are issued from command to stop. From the tip of the Aquabot's trident and electrical charge fires; strafing along some prisoners with the Decepticon logo. Giving a good indication that those who just arrived from the elevator are not Decepticon reinforcements. Chaos, Decepticons, newer, shinyer, better armed then anything he's seen in several millenia are coming out of the floors, out of the halls, he's pretty sure he just saw one fly out of another one's aft. One pops up, big, purple and round instead of hard, block like edges. it wasted one of his mecks in a singlke shot. "No!" barked Impactor as he leveled his gaze on this new unknown, he had firepower, seemingly enough to wreck the entire complex. The walls were closing in, Impactor's world was crumbling, all he heard was Decepticon reinforcements. "Tighten up, close ranks, don'ty let them single you out!" he ordered trying to wrest some control from the melee but his soldiers were falling too quick.. He swore to Primus that if he saw that pink glitch befor he was taken off line.. Impactor is moving, a rough charge as he goes barreling forwerd, he didn't know who this crowned bozo with the orange cannon was but he couldn't let him keep picking of those he'd been fighting so hard to keep in one part. Later someone might tell him that he just tried to tackle galvatron, 'Galvatron, what the spark's a Galvatron?' Nightbeat spares a glance over his shoulder at the reinforcements. His current position is not adequate for covering the missing wall and stopping the Decepticon prisoners from escaping, so he takes a few steps to crouch next to a fallen piece ofm masonry to get a better angle and raises both his weapons. His guns start to blaze as he begins to pepper the stream of escaping Gumby-cons, blue and orange blasts rip through the crowd of running convicts punctuated with the occasional clear, ballistic blast. The convicts fall under the hail of fire as he shouts out, "Good job, Muzzle. Hey you got him, Grippe!" and similar phrases of encouragement to his guns. Grimlock stomps out of the elevator, moving quickly and without hesitation once the go-ahead is given. He snarls and roars, swinging his tail back and forth at the shins and knees of rioting prisoners. Grabbing one frail Decepticon medic in his claws, he lifts him up in front of his face, growling. "No... please, sir... I've been rehabilitated! I only left my cell because my cellmate threatened to shiv me if I didn't!" Grimlock thinks about the Decepticon's words, all the while slowly crushing his head. "Pleaaaaaase! ARGH! THE PAIN! I SAID I WAS REHABILITATED! REHABILLLIIITAAAAT--" *Crunch*. Grimlock drops the broken prisoner with a muttered, "Hnnnh... woops." "Slag it," Quiclswitch growls, his face curdling like yesterday's energon. Great smoking holes pock and huge cuts mark his armor. It's been a so very long time, "Impactor! If that one-eyed freak gets up here, hit him somewhere memorable!" he calls to his old cell leader, as he rushes the three--foolish, he might add--Decepticon prisoners. It hurts, more than he thought it might... The freakish Transformer shifts back into tank mode... and rams right into the center one... and over it, with a sickening metallic crunch... The others? He transforms, and just... smiles at them. Hi there, "It's about time you showed up," Quickswitch calls in the general direction of the Autobots, sounding quite far from impressed. "Chaos," Foxfire murmurs, "pure chaos." As he keeps close to Rodimus, he eyes Grimlock with a look of mild distaste. "Isn't that a bit...brutal?" He sighs, his hip compartments opening up even more, the rockets ready to launch. "Let's just do this... The sooner we can get outta here, the better." Fusillade's trek upwards is an easy one. Ripping through to one floor above, there is no opposition. But the next ascension takes her onto the main floor, and right amongst the Autobot guardsmech line. An Autobot guard shrieks at her and waves a laser machine gun in her direction, spraying laser blasts in a wide arc. Only Fusillade's readiness to dart to the side spares her from getting fragged. "The Decepticons are all around us! Kill 'em all, Autobots!" he screams, still trying to draw a bead on Fusillade. The guard planning to blast whoever walks out of the lift gasps at the sight of Rodimus Prime. The red Autobot insignia is unmistakable, and Shockwave isn't the sort to pull this kind of trick. Mouth agape, the soldier just stares as Rodimus, DepthCharge, and the other Autobots charge out, blasting at the prisoners. Rallying behind Impactor's words and the Autobot arrival, the guards feel a surge of morale. "Wreck and Rule!" one of them shouts, moving upwards to keep the Decepticons pinned down. More than a few prisoners fall, with Grimlock giving a more final end to one of them. "Run away!" one of the prisoners shouts, turning and fleeing down the tunnel that leads to the prisoner's area. The Decepticon prisoners, one by one, begin to turn and run away for the safety of the prisoner common area. Onslaught curses as he hears Rodimus's voice. But it's not time to worry about the flaming autobot leader. The combaticon is a well trained soldier and he quickly starts to execute Galvatron's order. He raises his rifle and blast an autobot guard into pieces. "Push them back into the elevator! And stop fighting like a bunch of morons! Regroup and take them down one by one!" The world around him is beginning to overwhelm......so much so that Snapdragon is content to move to the only place that he has known all these millions of years, the prison. He falls back towards the tunnel, taking great care to make sure that his way off this planet (a Superjet known as Dreadwind and Darkwing) are still unharmed. "Come with me you brooding fools! The prison will give us a chance to regroup and slip out of this melee, let those fools fight for this molten rock!" Shockwave blasts the PA system before heading out towards the disturbance. That way no Autobot will pull the same trick he just did then proceeds to try and remove as much data as possible from the facility's computers. While working he keeps his audio trained on what is happening around him. He keys his radio and sends some more instructions. He needs a bit more time to achieves his secondary objective. Dreadwind drops into an alert crouch as he hits the floor of the second level, noting the Decepticons heading the other way as he swiftly mops up the few non-combatant Autobot stragglers who were not fit to stand on the front line. "I'm just a janitor! Don't hurt- agk!" cries one poor gumby as Dreadwind overtakes him and cuts him down with a scavenged fire axe. "You chose unwisely," he mutters over the body, moving quickly to the next hole and dropping through it. Freedom! The fires of the planet are visible outside the enormous blast hole Shockwave blew into the first floor of the facility. Freedom! Rearranging himself radically, Dreadwind unfolds wings and becomes a Cybertronian aerospace fighter. Gunship sprints towards the hole and leaps out of it, transforming into his gunship mode in midair and soaring away. <> The Decepticons, following Snapdragon's orders, begin to fall backwards to the tunnels, running in a disorganized fashion. Dreadwind drops to the bottom level, where the heat has built up to near unbearable levels. Still, it may be comforting to see the outside again, however dismal it is. He and Darkwing are free to flee if they wish, but if they do so it'll be alone as the rest of the prisoners, unable to fly off this planet, are following Snapdragon. Sinnertwin lands himself in the thick of the fighting as he and the others enter the main battle. Rifle raised, he starts shooting at the Autobot guards, laughing as he does so, laser fire sparking off his thick armour. "Ah, it's like shootin' turbofish in a barrel!" he shouts to anyone who can hear, as he grabs a guard, slowly twisting their head around as they thrash. "Is there really no challenge, ye wee wussies?" More guards start to shoot at him, denting his armour Galvatron eyes the incoming threat of Impactor as he charges the Decepticon Emperor. "Obviously, fool, you have /no/ idea who you're dealing with!" A beam-saber suddenly extends from his left arm, and he swings in an arc to disembowel the oncoming Autobot. "Onslaught, direct our fellow comrades to the Conquest II. Then we can begone from this ash-heap." Darkwing isn't among those who feel elation when Shockwave's announcement is made, officially breaking the 3 million year old silence from the outside world. And falling back isn't on his mind at the moment despite the shift in the general movement of the ragtag prisoner army. He follows Dreadwind down the hole in the floor, intent on exiting just as much as Dreadwind. However, as he drops through to the second floor, another Autobot guard fires a shot that catches him in the back and he hits the floor twitching. He calls out, "Dreadwind! I win! I will be the first to die, not you!" He almost... almost feels some fraction of joy in the relief of this thought. What a miserable jerk, huh? Getting a few precious seconds of sight of the third floor, Fusillade utters a "YEEK!!!" before diving back into the airspace at the far end of the second floor, a slew of shots pelting the ground in her wake. She wedges in the girders and rafters of the ceiling, before she snaps fingers. A crafty glint in her golden optics and amber visor, she peels open part of her torso, and fishes out two air to air missiles. She pulls out an access card that she palmed from the hallway, and SMILES, before swiping it over the hull of the two seeking missiles. Just a few more seconds, and she etches in 'My bombbay brings all the 'Bots to the yard' on one of their noses. "Special delivery!!" she cat-calls, before loosing the two birds, and letting them streak upward through the hole to find the closest signatures that happen to match the keycard she just swiped. Not even waiting for the gratifying sounds of the detonations, she flips down from the criss-cross metal work, and skims over to the main holes where Galvatron and Co. disappeared to urge on the escaping Decepticon prisoners to the 1st floor, and out to the Conquest. "Move it move it move it, the special on high-grade back at base ain't gonna last forever, hah!" She then oooohs quietly as she watches the blue, grey, and purple blurs of jet-mechs go by. And then one gets shot. She scowls, and then snaps out a segment of wingblade, and overhand throws it to spear in the back of the helm of the guard that had just shot Darkwing. "HA!" <> Darkwind seethes, arcing back around towards the prison. His heat rays, long-unused in the confinement of the prison where he was unable to transform, lance out and slice open the wall. The flap of metal slumps down with glowing edges, leaving a space for him to land in as he comes streaking back towards the accursed place. The Autobot that fired on Fusillade moves over to the hole to peer through it, trying to see where she is. A pair of missiles fly upwards and explode, sending the guard hurtling backwards and crashing through a pile of outdated equipment. Most of the Decepticon prisoners are following Snapdragon, having learned the hard way why it's a bad idea to not listen to him. Several hesitate at Galvatron and Fusillade's orders and seem unsure about what to do. This confusion is giving the somewhat more united Autobots the upper hand, and if things continue the way they have been, the Cons are going to get wiped out. Rodimus can only watch as the Decepticons retreat through the swiss-cheesed floor and down the ramp to the prisoner area, moving quickly to lay down covering fire. "Depthcharge, get ready to evacuate the guards. Stabilize all those who are seriously injured first." His voice then carries, "Autobots, those of you who are wounded but able to walk, prepare to evacuate the building. I have a feeling we're about to see this whole place falling down around our ears." Nightbeat is left wondering which way to go as one group of Decepticons move downward and the other group moves back to the prisoner area, cowed by the arrival of Elita One and her flame-painted friend. He allows a nano-second of wondering at the fact that he was sure someone called this guy Prime... but then he pulls his mind back to the task at hand and takes pot shots down the corridor at the remaining armed Decepticons. He then reacts to the command of the flame-painted dude and begins to move toward the exit while calmly snatching up any loose weapons and dragging one injured Autobot technician along with him. DepthCharge just keeps on firing, sending electrical blasts from his Trident first at the retreating Decepticons, then at those that are foolish enough to stick around. His trident isn't as powerful as his main internally mounted electrical weapons, but since he's trying to conserve his energon supplies the Aquabot is relying solely on an external weapon. But still, blasts from his trident are enough to inflict somewhat painful scorches on those he hits. "Affirmative, Autobot Leader Rodimus Prime." DepthCharge responds, readying to quickly run through the area and look for wounded that can be saved; as soon as the straggling Decepticon prisoners are thinned out a little more. Good thing he ensured he brought his emergancy medkit. The Guard that nearly blasted the Autobots leaving the lift stares back at Rodimus. "Who the frak are you?!" he shouts in a vaguely insubordinate fashion. He pops up behind the chair he was using as cover long enough to shoot at several Decepticon prisoners in the back before ducking back down again. "Impactor, what's the call here? Do we listen to this flaming joker or finish off the Decepticons?" Made in a time when the plating for armor was more pentiful and systems were just too stubborn to give out after a shot to the shoulder, Impactor is staggered by the energy blade across his middle, golden plating parted by the edge as he is set back on his heels, his good arm is wrapped around his middle, legs feeling weak as he falls to a knee. The prisoners are slowly filtering back into their rat hole, his guards forming groups. Gumbies or not they start fighting back. They gain names, faces, propelled out of redshirt status and into something that can actualy fight back. Some would no doubt feel that natural urge to obey Rodimus, maybe it's the matrix, maybe it's just his natural charisma and charming good looks. Impactor's been keeping their slot As in their Tab Bs for longer then many of them would care to remember however, "Fall back! Covering fire, pull anyopne moving out of the fight leave the slagged." he ordwers as he himself stumbles to his feet, a cross look sent to Galvatron as he disengages.. Anoher time, another repair bill. "Who are you calling a flaming joker?" Foxfire snaps at the guard. "This is Rodimus Prime, the Autobot leader! Show some respect!" But then he does as Rodimus commands, seeing to as many of the injured as he can reach. Rodimus? What kind of a name is Rodimus? What makes this guy so much more rodimal than everybody else? We've all got rods! Those of us with internal combustion engines have plenty! Grumble grumble. "Who?!" the guard shouts back, ducking as a Decepticon prisoner takes one last attempt at shooting his head off before turning and running down the tunnels. He's about to mouth off some more to Foxfire, but Impactor gives the word to fall back with these new Autobot arrivals, and that's more than good enough for him. Autobot guards begin a quick fighting retreat to join back up with Rodimus and company and follow them. Grimlock has left. Quickswitch gives Rodimus the most dumbfounded, disbelieving look and shakes his head. The quickchanging mech glares toward the rapidly retreating Decepticons, not wanting to let any of them leave. It's the word of Impactor that reluctantly draws him back, not /this/ slagging weirdo. Galvatron smirks as Impactor staggers back and away, and deactivates the beam-saber before turning towards another Autobot guard still attacking. "Enough!" he roars. "You will learn to fear the name of GALVATRON!" The look on the Autobot guard's face as Galvatron transforms into a high-tech artillery cannon, the barrel building to a bright glow as he takes aim, is one of those looks that seems to know resignedly that he's about to die... * KRAK-THOOM!* The ashen remains of what was an Autobot guard begins to crumble apart into dust as Galvatron transforms back. Sometimes, it takes a show of force to make his troops listen. "The shuttle! MOVE! Onslaught, lay down suppressing fire and direct our comrades to the Conquest!" Shockwave senses the urgency of the situation and decides that whatever he managed to get is better than nothing. Finally the tall purple commander steps out of the guard office and into the open and calls out "Decepticons! Pull back to the shuttle, time to leave this place." Shockwave moves over to the hole he made and gives some covering fire to his comrades so they can retreat. Dreadwind folds up into his robot mode with a grave expression of distaste. Snapdragon does not need a copy of the rank structure to figure out who is in charge here.....the purple, cannon-wielding maniac makes the unfortunate Autobot into nothing less than a memory. "Freed prisoners......I command you to follow me towards the shuttle!" To be honest, Snapdragon could care less about the others, but felt the need to have some show of power amidst a Galvcannon and a Matrix. Onslaught nods to show he heard Galvatron's order. Setting his vocalizer to maximum level he starts shouting at the prisoners, while keeping firing at the guards, "Listen to me if you want to get out of here in one piece! There is a shuttle waiting for you outside, about 500m from the building! Two floor down from where there is a hole into the wall from where he can escape. Follow me and live or disobey and die here!" Then withtout adding a word, he springs back towards the hole. There he stops and transforms into his missile trailer mode. Soon missiles and plasma beam starts flying towards the Autobots. Onslaught is not even bothering to aim, but if anyone stays there, he's sure to take some nasty hits. Dreadwind melts a fist-side hole into the chest of the Autobot standing over Darkwing as he jets towards the hole in the side of the building, transforming as he enters and skids to a halt. "Come, brother. There is yet time to die in a more congenial atmosphere." He hefts Darkwing awkwardly over his shoulder and springs back out of the building to carry him to the shuttle. Sinnertwin growls slightly as he chews on the arm of an Autobot. "Ah, jus' when I was startin' ta have some fun here!" he chirps, stomping after Onslaught, still shooting his rifle at any remaining Autobots. Lasers still burn into his thick hide, but he seems to either not notice or care as he slowly makes his retreat. One of the Decepticons running for the tunnel stops and turns in time to see what became of Galvatron's victim. The Autobot guard crumbles into dust like Starscream, like Adjudicanis, like Rupture, and like many others who has stood in Galvatron's way. The guard grabs his buddy and looks to Snapdragon expectantly. The Decepticon lead rioter commands them to follow Shockwave and this other large Decepticon, and they obey. "Lets get out of here!" he shouts, jumping down the hole that leads to the exit. Other Decepticon prisoners follow, though things are fairly chaotic for them. Dreadwind sets down Darkwing on the tarmac by the shuttle, supporting him with one hand. "Can you still merge? Come now, you've had worse." Darkwing spasms as a few more random power surges run through his motor fuctions and he looks around to the fallen guard who was supposed to be his reaper, a deadly Deceptifemme, and Dreadwind returned to inadvertantly tag-team kill his expected end-bringer. Hauled up over Dreadwind's shoulder, Darkwing comments to Fusillade, "You are the first femme I've seen since being put away in here...." He looks her up and down. "I was expecting someone more pink." Darkwing nods to Dreadwind. "I can if we must. Perhaps merged you will share my fate." "Either way, my brother," replies Dreadwind. "Merge, to form... DREADWING." Dreadwind shouts, "Dreadwind and Darkwing, MERGE to form Dreadwing!" With a shudder of metal, the Dreadwind and Darkwing undergo a stunning transformation and combine into the mighty form of Dreadwing! Dreadwing has arrived. Darkwing has left. Dreadwind has left. "Oh, you're welcome. Aftholes," Fusillade growls to herself as she trudges past the guard, and yanks out the wingblade segment, although she makes long, hard note of the melted fisthole in the guard. Nifty talent. The two-toned grey bomber gives a final, vengeful kick to the fallen guard, before bristling both wingblades as she glances over her shoulders. "Down. Out. Now!" she spits. And then, talk of merging... "Are you serious?" That spurs a million questions from her, but all will have to wait until everyone was on the shuttle. She instinctively gives the multi-winged aircraft its airspace, before ducking down to the first floor below. The two transform, then transform again, linking together with a shower of sparks and a flash of light... a Decepticon warship soars up into the sky, sleek and deadly, arcing over the hellscape of the prison planet. "THIS PLACE HAS STOOD TOO LONG," declares Dreadwing, weapons snapping out of his hull at every point. "WE WILL CLEANSE IT WITH FIRE." Implosion bomb racks open, racks of hunter-killer drones deploy. The moment Dreadwind and Darkwing, having now formed Dreadwing are outside, they are immediately pelted with ash, fire, and immense heat. Their ultra-thick armour in this form will keep them alive for a little while, but whatever they plan on doing, they had better do it very fast. At the urging of Fusillade, Galvatron, and others (Snapdragon being the most important), the Decepticon prisoners begin bailing, fleeing downwards in order to escape the prison and get to the Conquest II. They know the Conquest II is the Decepticon ship, as it has far more spikes than the Alpha Trion. The Autobot are more organized, sticking with Impactor, Quickswitch, and now Rodimus Prime. Many of the guards just follow Nightbeat's actions, since he's the guy that seems to always know what to do around here. As Dreadwing rains destruction on the guard barracks, the entire place begins to crumble. The floor above the main riot collapses, crushing the expensive command centre equipment that was housed up there. The ceiling is beginning to fall, and anyone who isn't already evacuating is being given good incentive to do so now. Snapdragon moves to Planet P-19170167 - Outside. Snapdragon has left. Nightbeat doesn't want to trust the elevator, so he transforms into his hi-tech speedy Cybertronian street racer and heads for the ramps down. As he moves down the ramps he swerves and avoids the holes and pieces of debris. "Man, this place won't stand for much longer..." he thinks as he races for the exit. Maybe he can catch the Cons before they make their shuttle. It is then that he notices the form of Darkwing. "Oh frak, they merged. Now we're in for it." He races toward the shuttles, trailed by most of the remaining guard staff as well as the rest of the Autobots since he knew the way. Nightbeat moves to Planet P-19170167 - Outside. Planet P-19170167 - Outside A wholly inhospitable place with hellish conditions, even for Transformer life forms, the planet designated P-19170167 in the Cybertronian astrological charts is filled with volcanic activity. Onslaught emerges from the brains of the beast: the NCC Command Center to the northwest. Onslaught has arrived. Shockwave steps out of the shuttle and looks back at everyone. "Good work Decepticons. We have achived our primary objective and time will tell how successful the secondary objective was." He gives Onslaught an approbatory nod as the Combaticon steps off the shuttle. Scrapper is here at the spaceport, readying the landing strip for the Conquest. Once the shuttle is on the ground, he approaches Shockwave and Onslaught. "Ahem," he coughs 'politely', obviously wanting information on just what happened. Snapdragon does not acknowledge any hidden meaning in Shockwave's words....actually, he does little to acknowledge anyone. He is free. For those not trapped this means little, but for Snapdragon, he takes in the air.....the space. Though Earth is a strange new world for him, it is, in fact, something new....and to this Decepticon, anything new is good. Onslaught nods back at Shockwave. This was indeed a pretty smooth operation. He glances briefly at Scrapper but first he has something to say to Shockwave, "May I suggest that our newcommers should be restricted to the medbay until the MSE can examine them... and until the DCI can interrogate them?" Sinnertwin steps off the shuttle too, smirking and chewing idly on an Autobot arm. "Aaah, hail Shockwave" he mocks, looking at Snapdragon and grinning inanely Shockwave nods at Onslaught and turns to Galvatron "I think that Onslaught's suggestion is a good one. First we will have MSE examine and repair them. Then someone from DCI can have a chat with them. Someone trustworthy from internal affaires, Counterpunch perhaps?" Scrapper takes a step back at Snapdragon's arrival. He doesn't recognize this fella. "What in the blazes? Come on, Shockwave, don't keep me in suspense." he says. Someone that big is someone Scrapper should have seen around before now. He still looks at Shockwave, expecting an answer. Meanwhile, other Decepticon prisoners begin filing out. Some of them are laughing at their newfound freedom, slapping each other on the backs. Others are complaining about Earth's conditions, as if the old planet was somehow better. They don't look very organized. Galvatron nods after a moment as he disembarks from the shuttle. "Or Soundwave himself. But yes, Counterpunch would be quite suitable for the task." He pauses to look over the newly-freed prisoners, then back at Shockwave and Scrapper. "They will need a lot of work in order to re-acclimate them to my Empire." As it appears decisions are being made about him as though he's not there, Snapdragon snaps back into the reality of the situation. "Seeing as how I've been a prisoner for more time than I want to remember, let's just say I'm not ready to go get poked and prodded by you all. You got questions, ask." He glances towards Galvatron, not sure as to the state of the Empire, but knowing that this Decepticon is not one to be messed with. "I've got a few of my own..." Scrapper nods back to Galvatron. "Yes sir." He's going to make Scavenger check them out. That way, if one of the prisoners hacks off his head, it'll be Scavenger's head and not his. It's what makes Scrapper such a successful Constructicon leader. As Snapdragon offers to answer questions, Scrapper goes ahead and asks. "Who in the Pit /are/ you?" Onslaught looking down at Scrapper and answer the question, "We found them in what seems to be an autobot planet-prison." He looks back at Snapdragon, "They don't know much about the current situation... apparently the autobot guards never heard of Rodimus Prime... that may give you a clue" You send a radio message to Scrapper: Just make sure their weapon systems are disabled when they are checked out. Some might pose a problem and have trouble acclimating to their new surroundings. Afterall even /we/ lock up people from time to time because they are too troublesome. Sinnertwin smirks widely as he finishes his meal. "Sure, we found them in a prison we had no idea existed, and we all got away fine. Tha's not too conveniant, do ye think Scrapper?" You receive a radio message from Scrapper: Alright. Galvatron nods slowly, looking at Snapdragon. "Indeed... let's start with your name, how long you've been there at that prison... and how you got placed there in the first place." Scrapper looks at Onslaught first and then Sinnertwin. "Oh," he says as if this sort of thing happens all the time. "Well to be fair, Commander, Rodimus /is/ pretty forgettable as far as Primes go..." The Constructicon steps to the side so as not to get in the way of the other Decepticon prisoners. They all tend to be sticking with Snapdragon out of habit. While they all remember Shockwave, none of them know this new Galvatron punk beyond what he did to that one Autobot guard. Fusillade comes in for a landing from Earth Orbit. Fusillade has arrived. Dreadwing comes in for a landing from Earth Orbit. Dreadwing has arrived. Snapdragon looks over Scrapper and then towards Galvatron, there are few that he's seen since the big 'breakout' that he could recognize, and this lime-green Decepticon along with this self-proclaimed Lord of the Empire are not them. "I....am Snapdragon. And I was left in the *hole* for almost FOUR......MILLION.......YEARS!" Stretching his legs from the long flight he walks around, looking over the other Decepticons present. "I'd like to know how Megatron can forget his bravest soldiers by leaving them to rust on that planet...." Dreadwing thunders through the sky, cutting through atmosphere for the first time in three and a half million years. The sound heralds a more disturbing era for this planet has begun. Following in trail of the Conquest II, the Super Jet decreases velocity and comes down for a gentle landing. Being gentle for the first time in three and a half million years as well. Let your optics gaze upon Dreadwing for a moment. Feel a drop in temperature? The sleek bomber rears up, wings collapsing onto hips even as the rear fuselage splits to form arms. The horizontal stabilizer slides up, the forward fuselage folds up accordian style, and Fusillade hops up on thrustered feet. Dreadwing separates into the individual Dreadwind and Darkwing. Darkwing has arrived. Dreadwind has arrived. Dreadwing has left. Fusillade eventually leaves the shuttle, after speaking with some of the crew. Statisfied that there have not been any sabotage by the newly returned prisoners, she rests one shoulder paldron against one of the gaskets of the main shuttle hatch. For now, she listens, although one citrine glance is cast to the returning superjet. The Decepticon star-corvette breaks apart into its two components moments after landing, which in turn gather themselves up into Dreadwing and Darkwind. "My brother was wounded in the escape from that hellhole pit, fellow Decepticons," explains Darkwind, sweeping the crowd with his dim yellow eyes. "Is anyone here a... ah, Constructicons. Very good." He is momentarily glad to see that at least one of them has survived and made it to this strange new planet, although he doesn't let it show of course." If one thing is reliable in this vale of toil and sin, thinks Darkwind to himself, apart from entropy, it's Constructicons. He is momentarily glad to see that at least one of them has survived and made it to this strange new planet, although he doesn't let it show of course. Scrapper hesitates and takes a step back, lest Snapdragon reach out and crush him one. "That... that's rough." Scrapper says. The Constructicon looks around at the others. Megatron? This guy is way out of date. He doesn't bother correcting Snapdragon, though. He'll let some other bastard do that. Distracted, Scrapper looks upwards into the sky at Dreadwing's arrival. The merged jets comes in and lands at the spaceport before breaking apart. Scrapper gapes for several moments before he realizes someone is talking to him. He rushes over towards Darkwing, brandishing his medical kit. "Who?" he asks the pair. While many of the prisoners recognize Scrapper, he doesn't recognize them. A lot of people were lost in the war, after all. Plus, he's lime green. The other prisoners tend to be hanging around Snapdragon, supporting their de facto leader as he demands answers from the rest of the Decepticons. Dreadwind points silently to Darkwing, who took a shot in the back earlier. Darkwing is Darkwing, brother. You are Dreadwind. :p Darkwing is slumped slightly, at least the twitching has stopped. "The pain of freedom is sweeter than the accumulated pain of the entirety of our confinement. I only wish all the rest of you could feel this cold comfort." Galvatron crosses his arms. "Four million years... I see." His optics narrow faintly. "Megatron slept for virtually all of that four million years, thanks to Optimus Prime... who you will be pleased to know is dead and gone, though not before bringing about rather... momenrous changes by seemingly killing Megatron. Rodimus -- the flaming wonder -- is their new Prime. And I..." He pauses, and a faint, ominous chuckle can be heard for a moment. "Well... suffice it to say that Megatron... I... wound up being upgraded. Now, I am Galvatron, and I rule." He glanced at Shockwave -- the one mech who had been left in stewardship of Cybertron for those four million years. "How was it that records of Snapdragon and the rest of these Decepticons were lost, Shockwave? Or were they deemed killed in action and nothing more of their fate was learned?" Sunder emerges from the filigree beneath the Command Center. Sunder has arrived. Scrapper frowns behind his faceplate at Darkwing. "What?" he asks even as he motions for the newcomer to lean back fully so Scrapper can begin operating. "These guys are in bad shape, Lord Galvatron," Scrapper says once the Cannon has finished telling Snapdragon just what happened to Megatron. "I'm surprised this guy is even still functioning. When was your last oil change and lube job?" he asks Darkwing. Shockwave glances back to Galvatron "Our records seem to be pretty vague regarding Snapdragon. Our records list him as Missing in Action potentially Killed in Action by the Autobot bounty hunter Defcon." Dreadwind arches a brow, intrigued and pleased at the news that the hated Optimus Prime is dead and Megatron still lives, albeit with an unfortunate new look. Soundwave emerges from the filigree beneath the Command Center. Soundwave has arrived. This is a big win for evil in general, thinks Dreadwind. Onslaught remains silent but listen carefully at what is being said....yeah Defcon... The combaticon sould not be surprised if half those guys were caught by the cursed bounty Hunter. Snapdragon looks over Galvatron, but is not confused by his presence here.....the Decepticons have always lived by a code of the strongest ruling, for Galvatron to dare speak his command over the Empire must mean that Megatron is, indeed, gone. As Shockwave speaks he focuses his attention on him "Your records....were wrong." Darkwing stares through his red V shaped visor at Scrapper. Having been shot in the back he exposes that side. "All oil and lubricants, on the sparse occassions when abolutely necessary, were of the recycled nature. So, technically, it has been a few million years. Perhaps I am too degraded now to be able to handle the rich grade fluids I used to run on. I may just corrode if you waste them upon me." Sunder wanders into the spaceport, and catches sight of three very unfamiliar Decepticons. "Well, well, we have newcomers," the Sweep purrs, "Mighty Galvatron, from whence came these strangers? They look powerful." He regards them with a raised optic brow. One of them sounds like he could give Dirge a run for his money in the pessimism department. Fusillade mutters, "Suck-up," as she finally descends the ramp, and alights on one of the many support struts. She attentively flicks her gaze between Scrapper's handiwork, and Snapdragon's gruff questioning of Galvatron. Could be entertaining... Shockwave calmly looks back at Snapdragon "So it seems. Now you will all report to the medical ward for examination, repair and assimilation of historical data so you can be up to speed on current events." he says motionning towards the med bay. Scrapper peers back at Darkwing. "Uh... well, I'll do my best to make sure your innards don't corrode." Scrapper fires off a transmission to get the rest of the Constructicons at the medical bay to help deal with the wounded prisoners. Some of them aren't even well enough to stand with Snapdragon. "'Upgrade'? Why'd you change your name if it was just an upgrade?" one of the prisoners asks Galvatron, suspicious. Some guy that looks nothing like Megatron and doesn't even have his name is claiming to be Megatron? I think not. Darkwing comments as he awaits possible malpractice, "Historical data is predictable. Cycles of suffering levels waxing and waning. Faces change. The story remains the same. And there is always the burden of having to learn changing Empirical anthems." Snapdragon is still very resentful for the Decepticon prisoners records 'being wrong'. "Actually....you're going to have to give me a chance to enjoy my new freedom." He looks back towards the haggard prisoners that he served his time with "The others too....if it's their wish. Some might want to rest, some to be fixed......and some like me might not want to be strapped to a medtable for tests." Soundwave stomps in at about this time. His head swivels to peer at the gumby who just now dared to question Galvatron. Oh, dear. He's not going to clean THAT mess up. You send a radio message to Onslaught: Be ready if needed. Dreadwind seems content to stick with the Constructicons. He knows they'll do right by him; after all, they took such good care of Crystal City! Galvatron glanced at the prisoner for a moment. "Because becoming Galvatron was more than just a physical transfiguration," he said quietly. "And I am not in the habit of having to explain myself. If I'm not clear... well, try to recall what happened to that Autobot guard." He looks between Scrapper and Snapdragon. "The sooner they are all repaired and brought up to current-date knowledge and affairs, the better... for all of them. This is not some back-volcanic prison world anymore, and I will not let you all compete with Blot for the Most Disgusting Decepticon award." Dreadwind has to admit that 'Galvatron' is a better name than 'Rodimus.' He makes a mental note to ask the Constructicons about that when he has a chance. Darkwing has two femme angels to brood over in his thoughts now. The pink angel that began his suffering by having him spared only to be imprisoned, Elita One... and the dark angel who spared him once again his not unwelcomed death for a resumed life of delivering the truth of pain and misery to the blind Autobots, Fusillade. For now, he is among those who passively allows himself to be carried away in the flow of direction. To the med ward. You receive a radio message from Onslaught: I am Shockwave nods to Galvatron as the latter just confirmed the instructions. The professor turns back to Snapdragon "You make it sound as if you are given a choice. While this is not a prison you ARE Decepticons and there are procedures that will be followed." He points towards the medical ward "Report to the medical ward...Now." Crystal City... yep, took good care of that! Nothing bad happened there. Nosireebob. Scrapper smirks as Galvatron lays down the law. "I suggest you do what Galvatron says. He's the mech that killed Starscream." And what a joy that was to see! The Decepticon prisoner that asked Galvatron the question hrms and accepts the answer. They're all pleased to be out of here, but angry that the Decepticons thought them dead. Still... they are outgunned here and they remember what Galvatron did to that one guard. Turned him to dust! Fusillade doesn't quite know enough about Snapdragon's habits to be able to tell if the grime was a side effect of substandard prison life on a volcanic rock, or if the mess would be a continuing habit. Some other issues burn at the back of her consciousness, so she seats herself on one of the overhead arches, and begins filing through pending missions while observing the goings on below. She swings her legs a few extra times when the jets get herded off to the repair bay. Snapdragon does not need to look at himself, he knows his body is full of grease....dirt that has not been washed for a very, very long time. "I do not recall Megatron caring about how I looked, but rather the number of Autobot heads I brought back to him." He moves to follow the others towards the medical ward "This *new* Empire will take a little getting used to." When he gets in front of the pristine body of Shockwave he stops. They could not be more different as ooze poors from every joint of Snapdragon, his body covered by the harsh soot of an unforgiving planet. Looking into the lone optic of one of the Decepticon Commanders he feigns a smile...he knows there is no choice in the matter, but Snapdragon has had the luxury of being the leader at the prison for quite a while, he has his rep to consider. "Perhaps several more shuttles should be sent out for other loyal soldiers to the Empire that your *files* may be wrong about. If Sunder could wrinkle his nose, he would. The odor coming from Snapdragon is almost as offensive as Blot. Clearly here is a mech that hasn't had a bath in ages, and his super-sensitive scanning equipment tells him that in excruciating detail. He'll have to remember to be downwind of this one during a battle. Soundwave tilts his head a bit as he watches Snapdragon verbally spar with Shockwave. Not a good idea for most Decepticons. Is the "new" guy tougher than he seems, or is he merely asking for a beatdown? Whatever happens, he'll let Shockwave deal with it. Dreadwind doesn't have a nose. This helps a lot with living with Snapdragon. Darkwing accepts the stench as just more evidence of the dark nature of the universe. It is unpleasant. Fusillade has left. Galvatron's optics narrow, and he's tempted to create a new vent in Snapdragon's chest, courtesy of his cannon. "When you are repaired and acclimated, and you bring me some heads, then I won't worry so much about your appearance," he intones ominously. "Until then... I want to make certain that you, who at least showed some modicum of intellect on that prison planet, are at nominal capacity. You are no good to me or my Empire if you get slagged by the first errant blaster shot, due to your current condition." He looks at Scrapper. "The two who merged into that larger craft... examine them and have them repaired to the best of your ability." As if Scrapper would do anything half-aft -- just look at the Olympic stadium. "And... this one as well," he indicates Snapdragon. "I want to see what they're capable of when they're at their best." Shockwave starts his backup nuclear reactor (the only themely one on the MUSH) which gives out a soft high pitch whirr like those proton packs in Ghostbusters. "Perhaps you should keep quiet about things you have no knowledge about. What makes you think we have warriors to spare for such a task at the current moment? I thought so. So until you know where you are and how things work here I suggest you head to the medical ward on your own power before you end up there otherwise." No ego, no malice just logic. Patience is one of Shockwave's virtue but sometimes it is better not to push one's luck. Darkwing glances up at the dangling legs of Fusillade. Yup, the universe is about torture. Scrapper stands up after giving Darkwing the briefest of examinations and and salutes the Decepticon boss. "Yes, Lord Galvatron!" he says. Once he gets the ex-prisoners alone he'll be able to fill them in on what's what. Newcomers often need to be told just how things work here in the Decepticons. Well... in the new Decepticons, at any rate. Given how long these guys have been out of service, Scrapper figures it stands to reason they're going to be a bit out of it for a while. Snapdragon starts to chuckle, aware of the situation, though moving from the one all the prisoners looked to and revered to back into the Decepticon ranks is humbling. One cannot take away the feelings of happiness from being freed and Snapdragon succumbs to the orders. Facing Galvatron for the first time with a sense of pride for the Empire he utters "Are there heads all you'll need for me to prove my allegiance to you, Lord?" Dreadwind follows the other spacer and the Constructicons back to the medbay for what he hopes will be a thorough overhaul... he really needs one! Darkwing disappears into the maze of filigree beneath the Command Center. Darkwing has left. Dreadwind disappears into the maze of filigree beneath the Command Center. Dreadwind has left. Galvatron hmphs. "It would be a good start... but so long as you follow orders, then we will see what you are made of," he tells Snapdragon, before turning towards Scrapper. "Inform me as soon as they are fully repaired. Then we will test them." He glances back at Snapdragon. "Test as in see how truly capable you are in combat. I'm certain the opportunity to vent some of the last four million years of pent-up frustrations will be a welcome one for you and the two jets." He starts to move towards the interior of the city, apparently to leave. "For now, I will be attending to other matters." Scrapper nods to Galvatron. "Aye sir." He motions to the Decepticon prisoners to follow him as he sets off towards the medical ward, talking as he goes. "So welcome to Earth. You're going to find that this planet is a giant dust ball, and that New Crystal City - that's this place here - is the only place that vaguely resembles our beloved Cybertron. Earth is filled with squishie insect-like mammals that we call 'fleshlings'. They call themselves 'humans', though. Fleshlings are disgusting and I highly recommend you don't let them get too close to you. The humans occasionally band together to form Earth Defence Command, which is this really annoying bunch of them with guns that actually try to fight back whenever we steal all the energon this planet. Their arrogance truly knows no bounds. Oh, if you have any questions feel free to stop me." Reflective and color-shifting as energon, a steel-spun tunnel brings you to the NCC Medical Ward to the north. Room Contents: Switchblade Scrapper Fusillade Dreadwind Mecha-Tiger Shockwave's laboratory Gumby Medic MSE CO OFFICE (Earth) Medical Rules Scrapper's Art - Sixteen Pieces Flicking her gaze over the combiner with the same way that a butcher might size up a slab of meat. "Well, that's more... not quite your speed. Something smaller and more nimble. Honestly, I'd say Hornet, myself. But If those are the matches the computer gives you... although adding to the Soviet contingent is awfully tempting..." That very same 'filling heads with nonsense' might just be happening right here and now. "As usual then, Switchblade. Just... don't get distracted." She glowers over one shoulder in the direction of an errant wolf-whistle from the errant group that Scrapper is educating about rain. "'Yea..." Switchblade says, and then seems to make his way back towards the hallway. "Ill be about if you need me..." He says simply, before disappearing back into the darkness. Fusillade glances quizzically at Switchblade. And then opens her trap. "Smelt, that cannoning really did get to you..." Scrapper was all set to start telling the prisoners about the sixteenth humanizing TP when Shockwave's order about not giving them BS information comes through. Aw, there goes a lot of fun he could have had. Once everyone stops laughing at the Seacons, Scrapper says, "And here is the medical bay. If you're like most Decepticons you will spend a lot of time here. Luckily, it's very well run." The Constructicon says, "We have standard medical beds for maintenance, surgery cables to dangle injured soldiers from for better access, and straps to tie down the vict- er, the patients that need that extra bit of support. Now since I know you guys haven't had any maintenance in Primus knows how long, I figure we'll get that out of the way." After so long being confined, most Decepticons don't want to have to sit down for a fraking /physical/, but they are learning that Mega- hrm. 'Galatron', sorry, is the new cheese in town, so they don't argue the point. Other Constructicons are present, and the long cleaning and overdue maintenance procedures begin. Fusillade asks the Gumby Medic for refueling. The medic complies. Gumby Medic refuels Fusillade. Switchblade stops dead in his tracks, and turns around to face the femme. "The cannon didn't do a thing to me!" He yells back to her, his voice echoing in the room. The mini-con comes walking back, "I do have a function though, and Im pretty sure that there is alot of info that needs gathering about the Autobots." His optics are mere slits now, as he looks up at the femme. ***** *** * * * * * * *** *** **** * * *** * * * * *** * * *** *** ** * * ** * ** * *** *** *** * * *** *** * * * * *** **** * * *** * * * * *
