| - Bruce Bechtel is a former NASCAR driver from Corona, CA. He competed in ten Nationwide Series events in his career. Becthel's debut came during the 2002 season, when he drove for Moy Racing in four events. Bechtel got off to a good start with the team, finishing 26th at California in his first race. Unfortunately, though, Moy was an underfunded team and Bechtel struggled to put together any real results. Two DNFs in the next two races left him 40th at Pikes Peak and 36th at Atlanta before closing out the year with a 32nd place run at Phoenix. Bechtel also ran four races during the 2003 season. He started off the year well, recording a career-best 24th place finish at Las Vegas. But once again, Bechtel fell into struggles, crashing hard to 32nd at Texas and only mustering a 28th in his return to California. Later in the year, Bechtel also made a start with Moy's sister team - Means Racing - as he finished 42nd at Phoenix due to a broken transmission. Bechtel's final career races then came during the 2004 season, running one race apiece for the Moy and Means teams. He didn't run that well with the Means effort, breaking another transmission to show 34th at Pikes Peak. His race with the Moy team wasn't any better, as Bechtel ended his career with a 33rd place run at California.
