  • * A bit of an editing mistake appears in the original print version of this story: during the Man of Steel's fight with a gun-toting street gang, he mentions Engine City before he has even heard from Superboy that Coast City was turned into Engine City. This mistake is corrected in the Superman: The Return of Superman collection, where he now calls it Coast City. * As a sort of in-joke, Jimmy Olson wears a Spin Doctors T-shirt. The band performed "Jimmy Olson's Blues" on their Pocket Full Of Kryptonite album.
