- Blooey (or White Torpedo as his friends call him) is a character in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door for the Nintendo GameCube. Mario first meets him at the Rogueport plaza where Luigi tells them their escapades in Rumblebump Volcano. He is a Blooper who joins Luigi on his quest to save Princess Eclair. Near the climax of his adventure with Luigi, the plumber accidentally sends the Blooper flying into the lava, crisping the Blooper. Despite that, Blooey did not die.
- Blooey is a Blooper and Luigi's first partner in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. Blooey obliviously shows hatred and annoyance towards Luigi, considering Luigi accidentally tripped and sent Blooey crashing into lava when he was meaning to chuck him at a monster. Blooey, now with a golden tan, seemed none too pleased with the adventure, however. He apparently got dunked in lava and blames Luigi.

- Blooey is the first partner Luigi met on the Pudding Continent on his journey through the Waffle Kingdom. After several days fording through the jungle, he encountered Blooey in a remote town. Blooey was on a journey of his own at the time, but he joined Luigi after hearing his quest. He was known as the "White Torpedo" in his hometown, presumably due to his speed and (formerly) white color.

Blooey was on a journey of his own at the time, but he joined Luigi after hearing his quest. He was known as the "White Torpedo" in his hometown, presumably due to his speed and (formerly) white color. Inside of Rumblebump Volcano, he and Luigi encountered a 100-foot tall statue, whose weak point was a red gem on its forehead. Being far out of the range of Luigi's jump, he hurled Blooey at the gem in an attempt to defeat it, only to trip and fry Blooey in the lava, resulting in his crispy, lightly browned appearance. Blooey harbors some clear resentment towards Luigi for his costly mistake which resulted in the browning of his formerly pale skin. He claims to follow Luigi on his journey only to make him pay for what he did.
