The Sylvanian Tip is the southernmost place in the Lovian State of Sylvania, located in the Noble City Bay Area. Though mostly uninhabited, the place became of interest when the construction works of Highway 1 between Noble City and the Sylvanian Tip were finished by December 2010. Therefore the touristic interest in this area has significantly increased. The Sylvanian Tip has become a popular area for citoyens who take a weekend off. When the weather is nice, many of tourists go hiking on the beaten trail along the shore. Several improvised picknick spots can be found next to the trail.

Historically, a conservative dialect of Oceana was spoken there, but it is threatened with extinction, as most people born after the 1950's either use English or a more variety of Oceana closer to the standard.
