Don't rush in; enemies will appear from behind and the sides of where you start, so hang back until you've dealt with them all before advancing on the enemy. Aside from that it's a fairly straightforward stage. Advance up the center and destroy all enemies. After the Elefante goes down, Kinkedo and Tobia will move to another map. Send them straight down the tunnel and use the Vagons that appear as stepping stones to reach the exit.
