  • Maxwell "Max" Lord is the founder and CEO of Lord Technologies. He is also a major recurring enemy and occasional anti-hero to Supergirl in Season 1.
  • Maxwell Lord was a financier of the Justice League and, more recently, a villain in the DC Universe.
  • Maxwell Lord was the manager of the Ultimen.
  • Maxwell Lord is a wealthy tech entrepreneur and the Black King of Checkmate. Later, the Red Queen forced him to work for her.
  • Maxwell "Max" Lord is a sim in the town of Ribbon Heights.
  • Maxwell Lord is a powerful DC universe supervillain and an enemy of the Justice League Of America. Maxwell Lord was abducted by an alien supercomputer buried near the center of the Earth. This computer somehow managed to convince Max to establish a benevolent worldwide peace organization that the computer hoped to use as part of its own grandiose plot aimed at complete global domination. With the computer's help, Max was able to operate behind the scenes during the formation of a new Justice League. Eventually he was freed from the computer’s influence and continued to operate as the Justice League's benefactor and caretaker.
  • Initially, Lord worked behind the scenes to establish the League, while under the control of a villainous computer created by Metron (a later retcon would say that this was actually the villainous computer program Kilgore, which had taken over Metron's machine). The computer wanted Max to set up a worldwide peacekeeping organization, as part of its plan to dominate the world. Once free of the computer's influence, Lord was portrayed as an amoral businessman, but not a real villain.
  • Having failed miserably in life, Maxwell Lord took to drinking with Amygdala, the Riddler, and Killer Croc at a bar in Gotham City. He ended up by drinking too much and gambling away the remains of his supercomputer designed by Metron to another villain known as the Cavalier. For a while, Maxwell scrounged together cash by holding up charity stores and stealing lunch money from Killer Moth. He finally received enough money by collecting it for the preservation of moths across the globe, in Killer Moth's name.
