Proantilocapra is an extinct genus of the artiodactyl family Antilocapridae. It has only one species, Proantilocapra platycornea. Its fossils were found in Nebraska and they are dated at the Clarendonian age of Miocene. Proantilocapra was named by Barbour and Schultz (1934) and assigned to Antilocapridae by Barbour and Schultz (1934) and Carroll (1988); and to Antilocaprinae by Janis and Manning (1998).
