Buttonbees are fairly-common enemies that appear in Kirby's Epic Yarn. They are first discovered by Kirby in the Flower Fields level, but later appear in many other levels. They may be somehow related to the Buttonfly and Buttonbug. Buttonbees live in hives, as seen in one of the later levels that they appear in. They also sometimes group together for maximum chance of attacking success.

- Buttonbees are common enemies appearing in the game Kirby's Epic Yarn. They first appear on the Flower Fields level and later appear in multiple stages, usually in stages that involve the Spin Boarder form. They usually appear along with Buttonflies. When wrapped up and thrown, it will turn into three separate yarn balls that home in on enemies. In certain levels, there are Buttonbee hives in which infinite Buttonbees come out. Buttonbees are much less aggressive than Buttonbugs, a red variety appearing at Secret Island.
