Like the SSR-10, the design for the HRB-4 (original designation: CHC-31) was bought from the New Firrerre Republic, and are built by Decuu Arms under license. A powerful weapon similar in most respects to an E-web blaster. This weapon was designed for a single soldier to carry and can be fed by 3 different power sources: powerpacks, though this limits the rounds to only 25; a back-pack generator, which provides enough energy for roughly 1000 shots before needing to be recharged; or a stand-alone generator if the weapon is going to be used as an emplacement. This stand alone generator provides near-infinite power, but requires a second soldier to monitor power flow.
