Psi-Stalkers had the ability to use the Force. They were friendly to Dog Boys, but as part of the Coalition Worlds were treated as second-class citizens both due to their non-human status and their Force abilities. They were often closely monitored by the government controlled by House Prosek in order to make sure they did not engage in crime.
