ROTF no, TF3 Maybe new answer by Micah Owens below Cyclonious was a reincarnation of either one of the inscecticons or thundercracker I believe. So maybe we would have to see his original form first. If you were paying attention, ROTF had a parallel theme as the original transformers movie. The matrix of leadership, arcee, reborn megatron ( though his name does not change to galvatron), starscream having taken command of the decepticon only to have megatron take it back ( difference is starscream is not blasted to oblivian) and finally a destroyer of worlds - the Fallen appears to be the parallel to unicron, so powerful that only the matrix of leadership can stop him. While primes does die in this movie like the original cartoon, this time instead of hotrod becoming a Prime via the Matrix

While primes does die in this movie like the original cartoon, this time instead of hotrod becoming a Prime via the Matrix of Leadership, Optimus Prime is reborn and destroys The Fallen. Almost like they started with the original movie and worked from there. So to answer you question, I think we already saw Unicron, just reworked into the Fallen.
