Unknown at this point. The Bount sensing mod-souls are anime only, but when they are shown, they typically appear in Urahara's shop, which is something that we have not seen a whole lot of lately. As for Kon, he was found by research institute members in end of volume sketches, but that is all we know. He has not been mentioned and since Ichigo has not Shinigami form and does not leave his body anymore, Kon has no real place in the story at present.
