- Mario Tennis Open is a game in the Mario Tennis series for Nintendo 3DS. It is a successor to Mario Power Tennis originally released for Game Boy Advance. Announced just before the Tokyo Game Show in 2011, the game was released in North America on May 20, 2012 and all other major regions by the end of the month.
- Mario Tennis Open is the latest installment of the Mario Tennis series. It had two major differences from the previous installments: Nintendo removed Power Shots, and there are no trophy celebrations. Yoshi appears in the game as a default player, and his differently colored variants can be unlocked using QR codes. There is also a Yoshi costume, wearable by Miis, that can be unlocked using a QR code.

- Toma parte en un partido de exhibición, en Super Mario Tennis o en Super Mario Tennis con amigos y familiares que estén en la misma habitación que tú gracias a la comunicación local inalámbrica. Hasta cuatro jugadores pueden participar en una partida (dos para el minijuego Super Mario Tennis) con una única tarjeta de juego Mario Tennis Open. Si quieres jugar usando una sola tarjeta de juego, los jugadores que no dispongan de este título podrán unirse a través del modo descarga.
