The Furcidactylus is a small, long-digited, wading coelurid from the wetlands of Skull Island. It is similar to a jacana or a moorhen. It measures 2-2'6 feet long. Non-avian theropods are arguably the most successful non-avian dinosaurs on Skull Island, exhibiting stunning diversity across the many species present. Among the most specialized is the tiny splay-toed fisher Furcidactylus.
