| - Chikao Ōtsuka (大塚 周夫 Ōtsuka Chikao?, 5 July 1929 - 15 January 2015, died age 85) was a veteran seiyū. Ōtsuka, from 2006 until his death, was represented by Aoni Production. He is notable for providing the Japanese voice of Dr. Eggman since Sonic Adventure up until his death.
