Mining Facility is a multiplayer map in Ratchet: Deadlocked. It is set on Plant Orxon, formerly called Return To Blarg, this an industrial workplace filled with weapons. Many trenches and tunnels have excellent opportunities for defensive and surprise ambushes. Now that there are ten people in the mix, any thing is bound to happen in this dismal landscape.

- Mining Facility is a neutral building that appears in the Star Wars: Empire at War and its expansion Forces of Corruption. Its foundations can be captured by the infantry and heroes from both sides. Once captured, it can be rebuilt for 1300 credits, after which it will immediately start producing income. While initially expensive, the Mining Facility will quickly pay itself back, generating considerably more income then the cheaper Resource Pad. It should be noted that the rebuilt facility cannot be captured; it has to be destroyed down to a foundation first. Its health is pretty high for a neutral building, approaching the longevity of the base structures like Power Generators and Research Facilities.
