- A pill is a SLASH'EM-specific item. It can refer to white pills, which are only found inside medical kits, or to pink pills which are found on their own. When a pink pill is eaten, it will have one of seven equally likely effects ("You swallow the little pink pill."): The four negative effects may be resisted, or fixed with a unicorn horn, making pills a safe, albeit unlikely, way of getting a wish.
- (Pain) Pills are an item used by the Survivors to temporarily heal them in the Left 4 Dead games. In Garry's Mod Louis is portrayed addicted to the pills. The Hunter hates them.
- Miri unfavorably associated pills with doctors when questioned by Kirk where the doctors used to work. (TOS: "Miri" )
- In early 2009 Pill's first mixtape 4180: The Prescription and his first single "Trap Goin' Ham" was released. Pill was featured in The Source's Unsigned Hype section. The mixtape received praise from fellow Atlanta rapper André 3000. Later that year he was featured in XXL Magazine's Show & Prove section. He also appeared on Killer Mike's Underground Atlanta compilation on the tracks "Bunkin'" and "Grind Time." His second mixtape 4075: The Refill and his second single off the mixtape "Glass" was released.
