Ron Anderson (born July 29, 1945, in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada) is a former ice hockey right wing. He played in the National Hockey League for the Detroit Red Wings, Los Angeles Kings, St. Louis Blues, and Buffalo Sabres. He also played in the World Hockey Association with the Alberta/Edmonton Oilers. On October 11th, 1972, he scored the first goal in WHA history.
