- Agasha Kasuga was a shugenja of the Dragon Clan who became the founder of the Tortoise Clan. He was born in 420.

She takes her duties seriously, and also makes rivalries with Nōhime (regarding on those they protect) and Sasuke Sarutobi (ninja rivalry, and the fact that their personalities contradict each other).
- Kasuga was sent on a mission to kill Uesugi Kenshin. However, when she had her target in sight, Kasuga fell in love with Kenshin. After failing to assasinate Uesugi she was banished from her village. From then on Kasuga served Kenshin and became his most loyal ninja. She takes her duties seriously, and due to the Uesugi's battles with Takeda Shingen, a rivalry grew between Kasuga and Sarutobi Sasuke (ninja rivalry, and the fact that their personalities contradict each other). She also made a rivalry with Nōhime (regarding on those they protect).
