| - Taiga walked over the top of the hill to gaze upon the small, shanty village in the valley below him. The wind catches his cloak and blows his hood off of his head. Taiga closed his eyes, as if to try to detect the presence of a particular person in the town. "He's here." he said as he opened his eyes to look back down at the village "I know he is." He pulled his hood back down over his head and headed down the steep embankment to the village. "It won't be long now, you traitor; today, you will get yours." Yoshitsune was sitting inside a wooden shack with the rest of Akuma, or as he called them, his "family." That was only true for Yuzuki Kaguya but he loves the others as his brothers. They were discussing their next move when Benkei Hyūga activated his Byakugan. "Yoshitsune, someone is outside. His chakra is similar to your brother's." Yoshitsune got up and walked to the door. "Is that so? I'll take care of this on my own. You guys stay here." commanded Yoshitsune as he ran to the spot Benkei was looking at. "How is this possible?" Yoshitsune asked himself as he neared the area. Taiga was looking around the town as he entered it. "Where is the bar?" he said to himself "There has to be one here somewhere...bar, bar, bar...AHA! Found it!" Taiga jumped with a strange level of excitement, considering his reasons for being in this town. Taiga entered the bar with a certain gait that immediately caught the attention of every hardened criminal that was sober. "Vodka on the rocks." Taiga said to the bartender as he threw himself back into a chair close to the bar while throwing his feet up on the table. "Yes sir, coming right up." The bartender had little haste in his actions, as he could tell Taiga was another "serious player". The bartender brought Taiga his drink and set it down in front of him. "Here you go sir." He wasted little time getting back behind the bar, but walked with a gimp that seemed to impede on his walking speed. "Must be an old bar fight injury" Taiga thought as he took a large gulp of the vodka. "That's the stuff." Taiga leaned back in his chair and started to nod off when a load crash and a cry broke his "nap time". Taiga threw himself up, noticing the scream to be of female origin, and noticed that a young waitress had been pushed back. Taiga sat up in his chair, placing his feet on the ground, readying himself to move if needed. "You call this grog!" the giant, belligerent man shouted "This is no more than water passed off as grog!" He was clearly upset over the taste of his alcohol. "Hey, We don't want any trouble." the bartender said nervously from behind his counter. "Oh, is that right." the man said sadistically "WELL I WANT SOME DECENT GROG!!" As he spoke these words he lifted up his table, which was bolted to the floor, and went to throw it at the waitress, but Taiga caught it mid air with his Susanoo's hand. "That's enough of this." Taiga said as he set the table back down with the hand of Susanoo. "How about you get on your way?" Taiga was clearly done playing around with the bar scum. "Oh yeah?! Wait is a little guy like you going to do against a guy lik..." Taiga grabbed the giant, belligerent man with the Susanoo arm before even finished a sentence and crushed him instantly within his grip. "I said I am done with games!" he declared as he flashed his Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan at the band of hooligans who were with the giant man. "AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!" The band of fools ran off and into the mountains without any further hesitation. "Settles that problem." Taiga said as he brushed himself off and walked back into the bar to see just about everyone in the bar cowering in fear. "It's okay, I'm not going to hurt you and I don't want your money." he said with a reassuring smile. There was an odd moment of pause followed by a raging cheer that enveloped the whole bar in which Taiga was bombarded by a handful of people wishing to hug him. "Are you all right over there?" Taiga said to the waitress from within the chatter. "Do you need help?" Taiga walked over to her and picked her up, setting her on the bar table. "I should have bandages for your wounds here somewhere." he said, looking through each of his cloak pockets. The girl starred at Taiga, almost hypnotized by his power and good looks, when she realized that she was blushing. Taiga's search for bandages was broken when the bartender intervened. "I have some. Here." he handed Taiga the bandages "It's the least I can do for you." "Thank you. Now let's get your wounds patched up Miss....uh..." the girl starred at Taiga strangely and then realized he was looking for her name. "Mi-Misaki." the girl said nervously. "Misaki Nara." Taiga looked up at her. "My name is Taiga, Miss, Taiga Uchiha." The girl, from Taiga's polite disposition and good looks, could not contain herself anymore. She swooned, falling backwards off the bar, and then passed out, hitting her head on the floor. Taiga looked at the girl inquisitively while she lied on the floor, "Is she gunna be okay?" Reitō-ō Yuki bursts through the bar door laughing manically. "Who were the idiots screaming like little girls?" he asked after catching his breath shortly. "Shut up already. It wasn't that funny." said Sakin, but even he was having trouble holding back a smile. Reitō-ō sat on a random bar stool and Salin stood next to him. "What's taking him so long, it was one familiar chakra." said Reitō-ō in an agitated tone. "Sensei never said how long he would be gone Reitō-ō." said Sakin who was becoming annoyed by his friend's antics. "Would you stop calling Yoshitsune sensei! It's idiotic and he only helped you with Fire Release. Is the waiter here?" shouted Reitō-ō. Taiga cringed at the sound of Yoshitsune's name and the air around him immediately began to shift. "Did you say Yoshitsune?" Without hesitation Taiga removed Ryūkijin from it's sheath and held it to his throat from across the bar. "I expect an answer." he demanded, holding his sword steadily to his throat. "Yeah what about him." yawned Reitō-ō seemingly unafraid of the blade. "There is no need for the blade. Yoshitsune is in town but is looking for someone. Now remove the blade from my comrade's throat or I will be forced to attack you." said Sakin in a deathly serious tone. "He's looking for me!" Taiga said through his gritted teeth in an equally serious tone. "He killed my father, so now I am going to kill him and if you get in my way, I'll kill you, too." Taiga lifted his blade down and put it back in it's sheath, vaguely noticing the air in the bar had shifted back to pins and needles again; even Misaki had risen from her unconscious state and was starring nervously at Taiga. "This is neither the time or place for this." he said in a much calmer voice "Where is Yoshitsune?" "You want to kill Yoshitsune? Have fun trying. Yoshitsune could take this entire bar without needing his Sharingan!" boasted Reitō-ō for his friend. "He was going towards those hill over there." plainly stated Sakin. "Killing him though will be no easy task. Wait a moment, Reitō-ō didn't Benkei say he saw chakra similar to that of Yorinori's?" questioned Sakin. "Yeah, wait you don't mean you think this guy is his son do you?" asked a very shocked Reitō-ō. Both of them stared at Taiga waiting for him to reply to their speculation. Taiga spun on his heels and headed toward the door to look at the hills that the two men had referenced and starred contently at them. "Yes." Taiga said in a solemn tone "Yorinori is...I mean WAS my father." Taiga reentered the bar to drink the rest of his vodka on the table and slammed the glass down on the table. "Sorry for the trouble bartender. I'm going to leave a few clones here to help you with clean up and, as for you two." Taiga was looking at Reitō-ō and Sakin "I'm no pushover either. Did you honestly think I needed my Sharingan?!" Taiga walked out of the bar and toward the hill that they had mentioned "Not much longer now." he thought as he walked up the hill. "Reitō-ō you know most people could take this entire bar right?" asked Sakin after Taiga left. "Shut up, I could've taken him." mumbled Reitō-ō. "Let's hope he doesn't succeed or he'll have Yuzuki after him." stated Sakin. "A fate worse than death." chuckled Reitō-ō quietly.
