| - Vakadonia is a sizeable, highly developed, and old nation at 343 days old with citizens primarily of Mixed ethnicity who follow no religion. Its technology is first rate and its citizens marvel at the astonishing advancements within their nation. Its citizens pay extremely high taxes and many despise their government as a result. The citizens of Vakadonia work diligently to produce Rubber and Coal as tradable resources for their nation. It is a mostly neutral country when it comes to foreign affairs. It will usually only attack another nation if attacked first. It believes nuclear weapons are necessary for the security of its people. The military of Vakadonia has been positioned at all border crossings and is arresting all drug traffickers. Vakadonia allows its citizens to protest their government but uses a strong police force to monitor things and arrest lawbreakers. It has an open border policy, but in order for immigrants to remain in the country they will have to become citizens first. Vakadonia believes in the freedom of speech and feels that it is every citizen's right to speak freely about their government. The government gives foreign aid when it can, but looks to take care of its own people first. The government of Vakadonia will trade with any other country regardless of ethical consequences. Vakadonia declared itself an Independent Monarchy on October 30, 2007. The fledgling nation immediately joined The Order of Light. While a member of TOOL, Vakadonia experienced much internal chaos, with its people changing government and religion a dozen times through mid 2008. Finally, however, the power-elite of the nation managed to get an iron grip on the population through the construction of a Great Temple to the mighty religion of None, and a Great Monument to sooth the people into accepting the Monarchy. Vakadonia's leaders served as Bankers, Diplomats, Councilors and even the Deputy Hand of Foreign Affairs for the entire alliance of The Order of Light. Gradually, Vakadonia began to drift away from The Order of Light, eventually resigning and joining The Order of the Paradox for protection instead. It was then that we joined the The Order of the Paradox.
