Sega Superstars is the name used by Megadroid in early editions of Sonic the Comic to describe stories involving series other than Sonic the Hedgehog. Although these could have consisted of any series that had appeared on the Mega Drive, the vast majority were first-party games owned by Sega. The final true Superstars series was The Curse of Zeon, although Decap Attack had evolved far beyond its source material and was the series to end. Sonic the Comic Online revived this practice, with Decap returning for a one-off story. Sega Superstars are now commonly referred to as non-Sonic stories, although this (quite rarely) also refers to ones not starring Sonic such as the Amy & Tekno run.
