The Grey Alliance Monitor is a supercomputer which is located in the Grey Alliance. It is the caretaker of the Grey Alliance, which defends the Grey Alliance from all forms of attack. It has programed the hardest firewall to by pass, the Grey Alliance Firewall, along with viruses that if it infected the universe it would destroy it. The Grey Alliance Monitor is the only one that can allow one to pass the firewall. The Grey Alliance Monitor is made with it's own programing, which is impossible to crack. Rumour has it that it leads the Grey Alliance. Another theory is that it was made by the so called Masters of the Grey Alliance, the rumoured leaders of the Grey Alliance.
