Alt-Kesandru is the version of Kesandru from the Dimension of Ghouls. In the Dimension of Ghouls, Kesandru's plan to cheat Rithuly and escape the Never worked perfectly. Alt-Kesandru escaped and gained immortality 300 years before Torg meets him; during that time, he came to regret his past evil ways. He decided to become a politician, so that he could benefit society while still becoming rich and powerful at the same time, and eventually became President of America under the pseudonym K. Andrews. Although Alt-Kesandru shows some lapses in his moral judgement, he leads a very competent and efficient government, and is probably overall a force for good.
