- James Black (b. April 3, 1962 in Lima, Ohio) is an American actor.
- James Black is an associate of Arthur Jensen and a member of his gang of harbor thieves. He appears to have had second thoughts about his life of crime and has let his associates down on at least two occasions. First, by refusing to take part in a scam with Jensen at Applegate Mansion and secondly when he failed to show for a rendezvous with Sid Bowler and Benny Vance after a robbery at Bayport harbour. James Black appears in The Hardy Boys #11 While the Clock Ticked.
