Early in 1998, Chuck D. Head was shown an advert by Igor that promised new customers should they join today. Chuck agreed and opened an account, depositing an unknown amount of money. However, twenty minutes later, employees Mr Lowe and Klaus arrived to inform Chuck that his account was in the "red" due to administration costs, management fees, the setting up charge, registration fees and the expense of being placed on the privileged customer database. To get the message across, Chuck was ruthlessly beaten by Klaus. He was eventually given a second chance, Mr Lowe allowing him until tomorrow dinner time to pay his debts, or else be volunteered for medical experimentation. As the debt collectors moved on to their next destination, Igor learned that Chuck had signed his name on the contract.
