- "The End of the Beginning" is the eleventh level in Call of Duty 2. The mission is based in El Daba, Egypt. It is also the level featured in the pre-release demo of the game.

- The End Of The Beginning is the first studio album by Australian rapper B-Nasty. The album is set for release on November, 2016, by the label Dough Related Productions. The album title was first reported from a post on Facebook.

The soft light of the pre-dawn hours began to bring the ruins on the beaches far below into view from the veil of fog and mist that surrounded them. She was sleeping peacefully at last. Tybilt studied her face intently, smiling quietly as the fear, anger, sorrow, and pain was washed away. Pook was finally enjoying a moment of peace.
- Several people are viewing a museum collection. Called the Quallus Collection by the guards, the people are being ushered out for closing. A guard thinks he sees a statue of Hermes move slightly, but dismisses it and leaves. Once the doors are shut, flames rise up around a green stone in the middle of the room. The Hermes "statue" then gets down off its pedestal, and shakes off the makeup, revealing himself as Autolycus, the King of Thieves. He is here to steal the green stone.
