- Bagman is an agent of the mystic cult team known as the Pentacle. Along with several other disreputable individuals, he assisted in taking control of the small suburban town of Riverrock, Wyoming. Jack of Fire placed Bagman in control of herding various townsfolk into the Town Square for a massive human sacrifice. When the Shadowpact arrived to free the town, Bagman encountered Ragman, whom he recognized as his own counterpart amongst the Shadowpact. True to his name, Bagman physically consumed Ragman, holding him captive inside of his own mass. Reluctantly however, Bagman was forced to regurgitate his foe under orders from his teammate Jack of Fire. When the rest of the Shadowpact broke free of their confinement, Nightshade encased Bagman inside of a cube of pure Darkforce energy.

| - Peter Zaford, more commonly known as the bagman, is a miniboss encountered in Borderlands 2. He is found during the mission Clan War: End of the Rainbow at The Holy Spirits.
Peter is a midget, and the younger son of Mick Zaford. Not only does he have stunted growth, but he also suffers from a psychological disorder and carries out a running conversation with an imaginary personality whom he refers to as "Voice-In-Me-Head." He harbours a deep seated jealousy towards his deceased older brother Lucky Zaford, who was apparently treated as the favoured son by their father.

*Beyond his appearance, the game also treats the Bagman as a Hyperion Engineer, and killing him counts towards the Paingineering challenge.
